Justin Guarini of American Idol fame has a song that he has specifically written for New Moon and hopes to catch the attention of Summit and Stephenie and have it on there. TY to multiple people.
“Here’s a song that Tammy Hyler, Shaye Smith, and I wrote specifically for “New Moon”. I’ve set it to some stills, and slapped my vocals on it. If you like it, make sure to spread the word and ask Stephenie Meyer to put it on the soundtrack – JG”

Paul Morrison On Robert Pattinson

Little Ashes director, Paul Morrison, talks with the LA Times about Robert Pattinson and what he sees as Rob’s future.
“He is serious about acting and I am sure that, yeah, he will want to do roles that challenge him. I can’t tell you how hard he worked on the role of Dali. I was encouraging him to just play the script, but he was for himself hunting down every day bits of film or tape or interviews or a biography of Dali. He worked really hard at it, both intellectually and emotionally. I think that’s in his blood now, I think. I don’t think he’ll be satisfied with playing less than interesting roles.”

Twilight Teens Don’t Twitter

We were pretty baffled by this article. We have over 3,000(well looks like we went up a lot recently) 4,000 people following our Twitter, many of them are teens. After a quick glance at the fake Stephenie Meyer Twitter, it’s obvious that a lot of those being duped (a staggering 29,000) are teens.
There are even more teens sucked in by multiple fake Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz accounts. It seems to us a better question might be: “How to help teens determine an authentic Twitter.” not “Would Teens Twitter for Twilight?”
So, just to check if we are way off-base on this one, we have a couple of questions:
- Do you Twiiter?
- Do you follow us on Twitter?
- Who besides friends do you follow on Twitter?

Kaleb Nation Reads Chapter 7

Kaleb Nation, the Twilight Guy, is up to chapter 7 of Breaking Dawn. As usual, Kaleb has his own, unique focus. This time, amazingly enough, there is no cute photo of Kaleb photoshopped in. This time it’s a chicken. In fact it’s a chicken that looks like it’s ready to go postal.
Also, speaking of Kaleb, his debut novel is now available for pre-order on Amazon, Barnes and Nobel, Borders and other places. Publishers Weekly also listed it as a galley to grab at Book Expo America.
Robert Pattinson in Moviefone Part II

Moviefone has part ii of Robert Pattinson’s interview up. He mostly talks about his upcoming work in Little Ashes, but he also mentions the Taylor Lautner casting controversy.
“What was your take on the whole Jacob casting drama? When it was possible that Taylor Lautner wasn’t going to get the part.
It was weird. When I came back, I hadn’t seen him in ages, hadn’t seen him since the summer and when I saw him, I saw him just before he got casted, and he put on like 100 pounds! I was like “Jesus Christ! If he doesn’t get it, it’s ridiculous.” But what are you going to do? There was a video of him on set the other day doing all these kind of fight stunts. That kid is incredible; he is one of the most stunning athletes I’ve ever seen in my life. I don’t know, I think it’ll be interesting. I haven’t seen any of his stuff yet, but everyone’s going a little bit crazy over him.”
Radar Online also just reviewed Little Ashes and this is what they had to say:

MTV: Emily Browning and Twilight Spoof

MTV has an interview with Emily Browning, who was once suggested as a possibility for the role of Bella. Like Henry Cavil, Emily talks about the part that never was.
“It’s really strange,” the actress laughed when we caught up with her Tuesday. “It’s bizarre…What actually happened is that I was asked to audition — not take the part, but to just audition — shortly after ‘The Uninvited’ had finished filming,” the actress said. “And I’m not the type of person who can just work back-to-back. So I was just exhausted, and I was like, ‘I’m sorry, but I just can’t sign on to a trilogy right now.”
MTV also has up a great Twilight parody featuring cheeseburgers. It’s the brainchild of LA’s UCB Theater.
