Breaking Dawn Press Conference Particpants Announced

MTV is running an official statement that Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner have been confirmed for being in attendance at the Hall H panel prior to Hall H press conference at Comic Con this year. It would be highly unlikely that they wouldn’t also appear in Hall H later, but that has not been confirmed.

MTV is also stating that at a press conference prior to the panel Peter Facinelli, Nikki Reed, Jackson Rathbone, Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz as well as the person everyone has been jumping at the chance to talk to, Mackenzie Foy will be appearing.

Please note that though the MTV article gives the location of the press conference it is by invitation only with limited access. We will, pending Internet signal, live blog this conference and then the Hall H panel that follows.

Traditionally press conference video footage is available shortly after the conference has ended. We will embed that footage when available. Hall H Q&A footage is also available afterwards and we will embed that. As far as actual movie footage, we have to play that by ear. Sometimes studios are fine with that going online by turning a blind eye, other times they hand out C&D’s. We’ll do whatever the mode seems to allow (mind you, it can change minute to minute)

Ashley Greene Esquire Magazine Feature

Ashley Greene has a feature with Esquire Magazine.

Nor is the petite sorority-girl Ashley Greene, who sits before me today, the least bit icy; she’s just a girl with a Day-Timer pinched on the seat between her thigh and purse, a vessel of responsibility. In fact, she’s so relaxed, so cat-stretched against the promise of two hours of conversation and a bowl of soup that you’d think she might have settled into a comfort zone about work. But in fact: “What Twilight gave me was years to consider how I wanted to work otherwise.”

She twists at the earring once more. Next year, she’ll turn twenty-six. She mimes an understated fist-pump when this comes up. Laughing then at herself, she says she looks forward to being thirty. “It’s a good age,” she says. “It’s an age of choices.” Here she is, then, the profound naïf making such a careful-what-you-wish-for declaration that I can’t help but roll my eyes.

VIDEO: Ashley Green on The Ending of the Saga and What She Kept from Alice’s Wardrobe

Here is a video we found of Ashley Greene at an event for Samsung Galaxy S III. She talks about how the cast is like a family and how hard it was to say good-bye, but she also admits to taking something of Alice’s wardrobe home with her after they wrapped shooting.

Kristen Stewart: The Face of Florabotanica

Kristen Stewart was recently chosen as  the face of Balenciaga Paris’ new women’s scent, Florabotanica, which is due out in September.  In an article for WWD, Kristen and the perfume’s creator commented on the photo shoot:

The advertising photo shoot set was decorated with 3-D metal sculptures looking like elements of a floral print Ghesquière made a couple of years ago.

“It’s the reality that looks artificial,” said Ghesquière. “I think it was quite interesting.”

In the print campaign photographed by Steven Meisel, Stewart — wearing a dress from the flower collection — stands fairly straight-legged, with her hands in her pockets.

“I think that’s kind of perfect for this particular ad. Usually, a fragrance ad would definitely be like,” said Stewart, striking an exaggerated, sexy lounge pose on the couch. “When I first stood there, I was like, ‘OK, do you want me to show the curves of the dress? Do you want me to stand like this? Like that?’ And they were like, ‘Just be comfortable.’?”

Leave us a comment – what do you think of the way the add turned out? You can read more at WWD.

Myanna Buring Who Plays Tanya Talks Twilight With Digital Spy

The UK outlet Digital Spy caught up with MyAnna Buring(seen right) who plays Tanya. Myanna lives in the UK and has appeared in many UK films and TV shows.

Asked if she was sad that Twilight was coming to an end, Buring replied: “I’m quite good at realizing that everything has to come to an end, so as opposed to being sad, I’m really happy that I got to be a part of the end of such a massive saga.

“Whether you are a fan or not, you can’t deny that it has propelled and moved people in such a huge way. I’m happy and I’m really excited about November – about it coming out and being able to see the six months of work we did and see the result of it.”
