Jackson Rathbone will have another action figure of him made for his appearance as Sokka in The Last Airbender. Jackson is the first Twilight cast member to have an action figure created in two separate fandoms. MTV’s Hollywood Crush has the full details on the Airbender figurines. Which do you like better?
Following the brief snippet we saw at the Superbowl, there’s now a full trailer available. Airbender opens right after Eclipse. Given that Eclipse should have some major Jasper moments, July is going to be a great month for Jackson!

Every year around this time we start to get emails from boyfriends, husbands, wannabe boyfriends, etc asking us for advice on what to get their significant other that is Twilight related, but not too Edwardish or Jacobish. Ultimate fans of Twilight have a reason to howl with excitement: a sneak peek at The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Walmart announced today it will be the only retailer to carry The Twilight Saga: New Moon Ultimate Fan Edition on standard DVD, and Blu-ray, with never-before-seen footage from the upcoming The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Walmart also will feature “Twilight Saga Shops” in stores – a dedicated shopping experience for Twilight fans to bite into a variety of Twilight-themed clothing, jewelry, and merchandise, including new items to show their wolf- or vampire-fan pride.
Fans can pre-order The Twilight Saga: New Moon Ultimate Fan Edition on DVD or Blu-ray, as well as the national two-disc Special Edition DVD or Special Edition Blu-ray, today at Walmart.com. With the new movie and 50 minutes of extra footage and interviews, The Twilight Saga: New Moon Ultimate Fan Edition also contains an exclusive, 7-minute sneak peek of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. It begins with an exciting behind-the-scenes look at the production of the newest film. New interviews with stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner, as well as with series-creator Stephenie Meyer, are integrated with revealing on-the-set footage of some of the key scenes and sets from the upcoming movie. Gary Marshall On Taylor Lautner

The legendary Hollywood director talked about his experiences working with Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner. Gary is famous for his Bronx accent, tongue-in-cheek humor, and being the starting point of many actors’ careers. Gary was publicly recognized at the Valentine’s Day premiere by Anne Hathaway for starting her career.
“What’s the first thing Taylor Lautner and Taylor Swift had to do when they started shooting Valentine’s Day?

“I always start with the kissing scenes,” director Garry Marshall told me at last night’s Hollywood premiere of the star-studded romantic comedy. “The first thing they did was kiss.”
So how did it go?
“The first three were nice,” Marshall said. “By the fourth I think they started going together. I don’t know what the hell happened, but somewhere in the fifth or sixth take they were dating.”

Amanda Bell, the Twilight Examiner, has the full story on how Peter Facinelli is providing ways for members of the fandom to give back in ongoing efforts. This is certainly, in our opinion, a huge plus because since Peter is backing it with his name and reputation on the line, you know that money is destined for the right places! There are a lot of scams out there. It seems to us that this is a great way to have piece of mind that your money is getting to people who need it, and not paying for new wallpaper in someone’s office. The Lexicon staff is personally looking forward to working with Peter and 211me on this project as it continues to develop.

Eclipse Stills Go Viral

Yesterday evening two never before seen Eclipse stills were posted online and they went viral shortly thereafter. They seem to have been taken the same day as the previously released Eclipse photo that ran in People magazine a few months back(seen below). We are linking rather than posting the new images in case you are trying to stay spoiler free, but given that they are everywhere, and that major media is now doing stories on the leak, you probably won’t be able to stay spoiler free.
It’s not quite the the leak of X-Men Wolverine proportions, but Summit is starting to show less humor about its intellectual property being used in that as of today there are not only one but two lawsuits that specifically are related to the Twilight Saga movies.
