According to the horror site Fangoria:
“Lionsgate Home Entertainment has announced that it will release a new psychochiller starring Ashley Greene, who plays Alice Cullen in TWILIGHT and the upcoming THE TWILIGHT SAGA: NEW MOON. The movie was originally lensed (in Ottawa, Canada) as SUMMER and has also been known as SUMMER’S BLOOD, but for some strange reason, it has been rechristened SUMMER’S MOON for its DVD release.
Streeting November 10, the film casts Greene as Summer, a young woman who takes a road trip to track down her estranged father. She winds up in the clutches of a handyman who at first seems friendly, but proves to be one of a family of maniacs who take her prisoner.”
