Imprint Podcast Touring the USA

summertourthumbThe folks who run the site Twilight Source and it’s companion the Imprint Podcast, are touring the USA this summer doing live podcasts in a variety of Borders locations.

Andrew Sims, Matt Britton, and Elysa Montfort have done the first two stops in Seattle and San Francisco. Laura Thompson may be joining them in Florida. Tonight they are in San Diego before heading cross-country where they will be in Dallas. The group had Kimmy from His Golden Eyes as a guest on their San Francisco show, and Kallie and Kassie of Twilight Series Theories will be guests on their Dallas show.

By the time the crew heads to the East Coast we will be joining them on two of their stops.
Jen (Be My Escape) will catch up with the crew in Boston (RSVP Facebook)
Laura (Pel) will be there in New York City (RSVP Facebook)

Twilight Source (along with Twilight Series Theories, TwiFans and Letters to Twilight) was a the recent fansite luncheon hosted by Stephenie Meyer.

Imprint is one of our favorite podcasts! Check the guys out if you haven’t before, and hopefully we will see you at one of their stops.

Live Webcast This Sunday At Borders

We are participating in the below event at Borders in Westwood, California. The event is going to be fabulous with giveaways, appearances by some cast members(can’t tell you who yet, but it will let’s just say if everything comes off it will be a howling good time with an added bite), and just some great Twilight discussion. If you are in the Westwood area come down. The store recently underwent renovation and from what we understand, they can accommodate over 500 people. You can give them a call to find out exactly what procedure they will use for entrance (we think they settled on wristbands, but call in and get the details if you want to attend.)

Borders (USA) will be hosting New Moon Live—a live, global webcast featuring all your favorite Twilight/New Moon fansites from their Westwood store in Los Angeles. The 90-minute event takes place Sunday, November 15 at 2 p.m. (PST) (5 p.m. EST) (10 pm GMT) at www.BordersMedia.com/NewMoonLive.

The webcast will provide Twilight Saga fans around the world with an interactive way to participate using Facebook Live Stream Box. The feature enables Facebook users to connect, share and post updates in real-time as they watch the event online. Viewers who are not Facebook users can still see all comments posted from other Facebook users during event.

Don’t miss the special event & tell your friends by either sharing the live streaming address or using the share tool on the streaming page – www.BordersMedia.com/NewMoonLive.

See you there!

LA Podcast With Twilight Websites

We are going to be in LA to cover the New Moon premiere. So a bunch of the Twilight fansites got together and we’re doing a podcast.

So if you’re going to be in the LA area, come down and join us! We’ve got some great things planned, you’re not going to want to miss this one.

We have to say a HUGE thank you to Borders. Borders has been onboard helping out Twilight fansites since back when Twilight first came out.   Borders also launched their New Moon store where you can buy the Twilight journals that just released, the New Moon Companion Guide, and some pretty cool movie related swag. So check out their online store.

The Borders Comic Con Podcast

We had a blast at the Borders podcast. Be My Escape acted as behind the scenes help doling out prizes while Pel sat on the panel.

Pel was able to do a trivia game with some hard questions apparently, and then she followed up on a panel discussing what’s in the upcoming movie.

Kallie and Kassie & Andrew and Matt are pros when it comes to podcasting.  They have it down and know how to make it an interesting show.  Make sure you check out both the Twilight Source/Imprint and Twilight Series Theories sites.

You can hear the podcast on ITunes or Mevio. The details are here on Twilight Series Theories.

A huge thank you to Borders media, mangement, and store manager, Carlos, and staff for making it happen.

Comic Con Podcast Event

The Pel and Be My Escape ( Laura and Jen) will be taking part in a Comic Con Week podcast at Borders.  Twilight Series Theories is organizing the event which will feature fansite operators from Imprint/Twilight Source, Twilight Moms, Cullen Boys Anonymous, Twilighters Anonymous, and His Golden Eyes .

We can’t give away all the special guest details yet, but it will be a great event.

*You must have a wristband to attend this event. Beginning at 10:00 AM on the day of the event, free wristbands will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Special guests will sign one Twilight-related item—purchased at the store—as time permits. Date and time subject to change. Contact the store for details and event guidelines or go to
Borders.com.*
