Trailer Rumors
Yes we’ve seen the rumors of a trailer release date. We can’t confirm that with Summit until they open for business Monday morning.
Secondly, apparently someone who self-admittedly works in a movie theater, went through a stack of upcoming trailers she freely admits she had no right to look through. She then wrote up a description on her MySpace(now friends locked because she states she doesn’t want to get fired) of the trailer and posted screen caps. Just in case she didn’t know that any of the above was breaking the trust of her employer and illegal there was this really big clue on the screen caps that said "property of Summit not for distribution".
So, why are we not linking to this? Because we don’t link to stolen merchandise. Because we don’t reward people on this site for illegal activity like breaking into sets, employers offices, and posting the pictures they take.
The comments are off because there really isn’t anything more to add.
Jackson Rathbone Interview
Jackson Rathbone, Jasper in the Twilight movie, granted the Twilight Lexicon an interview. As you’ll be able to see, Jackson shares the same quiet charisma and old soul intellect of his on screen alter ego…in other words, start swooning now 🙂

Some highlights include:
"I walked to and from the audition playing my guitar to calm me, so to achieve a stoic over-one-hundred-years-old demeanor. And maybe a handout or two. Okay, one. One person gave me money. To stop playing… Ha."
"I had to learn to bat left-handed, so I tried for a week to do everything left-handed to get used to it. I was bumping elbows with people sitting next to me…"
"To prepare, I’ve been getting in touch with my anger. I see Jasper fighting with himself a lot to live a life of newfound morality. His love for Alice is all that keeps him from being a vampire like James."
Thank you again to Jackson for taking the time out to grant us this interview, and thank you to Cocoa for acting as our interviewer.
Also, the owners of the Jackson site mentioned in the interview are soliciting fan questions for their upcoming interview with Jackson, so stop by their site and check them out.
Last but not least, is another interview with Jackson here.
IGN’s set report

Wandering the Twilight Set
Blogger ScullingOnSquam, who was on set with us during our recent visit to Portland, posted a new blog entry! The first picture she posts hints of things to come…
Its “time” for some news!
Remember that hot tip we gave you 2 days ago? Well its time to get to that magazine rack! Read Stephenie Meyer’s Time Magazine Interview!
Twilight Obsessed spotted a video from Shock Till You Drop. If you comment let them know that you got the link here!
G4 "Haunts" the set of Twilight in this cool video!
And last but certainly not least we have returned from the set of Twilight! It was cold, wet, snowy, sunny, rainy, windy, and simply wonderful. The cast and crew of this movie have endured what I like to call "extreme film making". They have our greatest admiration for the weather conditions they have had to endure. Day in and day out they stand in cold, wet, and even snowy conditions while making Twilight the movie a reality. Below you will find a picture of the Script Supervisor and a little something she does to help her get through those difficult days.
Stay tuned in the coming weeks for more from the set and the Portland area!
Mike Welch Speaks!
Mike Welch, Mike Newton in the Twilight movie, gave the Twilight Lexicon an interview. Here are some highlights:

"Originally I auditioned for Edward. Ha! As soon as I read the description I knew it wasn’t for me. Although I appreciate my representatives thinking I could pull off, “hauntingly beautiful; the most unbelievably good looking creature the world has ever seen,” honestly, come on."
"I think he’s a cool guy. He’s finding himself, he’s working it out. I think he represents the high school experience for a lot of kids."
"The reception has been overwhelmingly gracious and quite frankly, freaking awesome. I’ve had a lot of fun with the online community."
Thanks to Mike for thanking the time out to give us this interview, and thank you to Cocoa for acting as our interviewer.
Teddy Bear Project
The staff over a Kellmett has come up with a great charity project.
As you know us girls over here at kellmett-happens seem to be fond of projects, we had started the CANDY FOR KELLAN campaign a few weeks back but we decided after I myself talked to him, that he was just getting way too much candy and it would end up going to waste so we set out on finding a new project and we finally did it.
We are proud to announce the KELLMETT’S BIG BEAR HUG Project, we will be collecting teddy bears to send off to the LA CHILDRENS HOSPITAL in Kellan’s name, we really want this to get big, Kellan and TWILIGHT make a lot of us smile every day, why not share those smiles with kids in need?
Anyway the information and banners and stuff can be found on our LiveJournal.
