Tomorrow’s Talk Shows

Peter Facinelli will be on The Bonnie Hunt Show on TOMORROW, WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 19.  (Go to bonniehunt.com to find where the show airs in your area).

Here’s a tidbit on what happens:

After the audience stops screaming, Peter talks to Bonnie about the making of the highly anticipated movie, if it stays true to the book and what his daughter thinks of the film.  Plus, Peter gives the ring his character, Dr. Carlisle Cullen, wears in the movie to Bonnie to auction off in her upcoming “Bonnie’s Basement” online auction which will benefit cancer research.

Apparently Rob kicked butt, Tom Cruise’s butt to be specific, in the Vampire Cage Match over on Sprout. He has now moved to round 2 where he takes on Gary Oldman, and he only has a slight lead.  Go help Rob out!

Mark Malkin who had yesterday’s uber quote " Yup, Twilight must be big if teens are screaming at the top of their lungs for a writer."  is back today with coverage of the Twilight after party.

CBS is the latest outlet to talk about Twilight’s box office potential killing.

Rotten Tomatoes talks to Rob about his favorite films.

Reelz Channel has interviews with Kristen and Nikki, as well as red carpet.

Hey Everyone!! Kaleb and I have just returned from the red carpet and it was amazing!!!.  Below is the first video we have edited and it is our interview with Rob.  We managed to talk to almost every actor and will be bringing you photos as well as more video.  Enjoy!

I just want to thank Kaleb for being an awesome co-reporter and Bailey for letting us use her video camera.

Huge thanks to Kaleb for getting this ready so quickly!!

Early Red Carpet Coverage

Jen and Kaleb, who may have lost all hearing, are now moving onto another event, but they hope to have pictures up and then the footage once it is edited.

From what I could make out over the screaming in the background when they called me to let me know that they were alive, they were able to talk to Stephenie, Rob, Kellan, and a bunch of the stars whose names I couldn’t make out because that’s how intense the screaming was..

In the meantime, here is some coverage from mainstream media outlets:

E Online’s Mark Malkin wins the comment of the day,

"I have never seen anything like this at a movie premiere. Or heard anything like it.

Outside the Twilight world premiere in Los Angeles, there are thousands of fans—they’re on every corner in the middle of Westwood Village—and they are loud.

Stephenie Meyer, the author of the Twilight series of books, is drawing screams as she signs autographs and takes pictures as she walks into the theater. Yup, Twilight must be big if teens are screaming at the top of their lungs for a writer."

The Hollywood Reporter talks about how midnight showings are selling out.

Entertainment Tonight has footage of the fans who lined up over 24 hours in advance.

Premiere Widget Goes Live

The widget ( I can’t embed it or it totally kills our server) has already gone live. So far it’s just fan shots and it’s choppy, so who know what will happen in a couple of hours.  I’m not optimistic that their bandwith will hold.

Jen and Kaleb are together on the carpet and they called me. Jen had to repeat herself like three times because the screaming was intense, and pretty much they are screaming at nothing! I am seriously afraid for their eardrums once Rob hits the red carpet. Sound waves can’t cause earthquakes can they?

Anyway footage will be up ASAP on Kaleb’s and the Lexicon’s YouTube Channels. Also Kaleb will be updating via his MySpace due to a problem with his server company that he obviously can’t solve right now because he’s a little busy.

EDITED: Here’s to hoping ET’s widget that finally went live 45 minutes late is better. (20081117_2045)

So While We’re Waiting

It sort of feels anti-climatic to post anything before the premiere coverage begins later tonight.

Our inbox is at an all time high with every media outlet on the planet hopping on the Twilight bandwagon, and I’ve got the news alerts from New Delhi to prove it!  Anyway a lot of it is stuff we’ve heard a million times before. So after wading around, here’s what’s new, or newish:

Bella and Edward.com have video and photos from yesterday’s podcast sponsored by Twilight Live.

The Movie Fanatic has an article on Rob’s fans and how much is too much. Their Twilight blog-a-thon also continues.

The LA Times goes in depth to reveal how in their opinion the big Hollywood studios blew  their chance when it came to Twilight.  They also have an exclusive with Stephenie.

MTV has Edi Gathegi go in depth on Laurent.

Reelz Channel has an interview with Rob.
