The jackson rathbone.com site is doing a birthday project for him.  Instead of asking fans to send him a gift they have set up two links of charities for fans to donate too.  One is the Spencer Bell Memorial and the other is for the Los Angeles Art Academy.  Here is the link.

Twilight Hits the UK Press

The Twilight movie releases in the UK later this week. The British press is starting to run Twilight stories. Interestingly enough, the UK was slow to pick up on the Twilight craze with fans in Germany, Italy, and most noticeably Spain catching on before the book took off in the UK.

MIRROR First up is The Mirror talking about Rob’s rise from school boy to star.

OK Magazine focuses on what is rapidly becoming Rob’s most spoken about feature,  his hair.

How Much is Twilight Bringing In?

According to Box Office Mojo, the current estimate through November 27 is over 93,000,000 within the USA. If you add in the the places where it is in release outside the USA and the total tacks on another 9,000,000.

According to their stats, Twilight currently ranks as the number three vampire movie of all time right behind Van Helsing and Interview With a Vampire.

It currently ranks 23rd in the top grossing films all year.

They also have a variety of polls to track movie background and give them better statistical reporting, so go over and participate.
