The Movie Fanatic has a series of articles. The first is on Rob Pattinson talking about "hype or no hype, he’s ready to take back Hollywood." The second is on Robsession (that’s the best term we’ve heard yet to describe people’s attraction to Rob), and are you a Rob, Edward, or both fan?

Dateline Hollywood has a satire on the entire Twilight movie process. We are picturing a War of the World’s type reaction from people who don’t know what satire is.

Rueters is reporting how Twilight and several other films look to save an otherwise lackluster last quarter boxoffice business.

Reelz Channel has a new article up 10 Things Parents Should Know About Twilight.  The article contains information about the series as well as a list of 10 reasons things parents should know about Twilight.

According to San Francisco station KCBS the signing with Rob in San Francisco has been canceled. You can hear the live report here.  We have no further details on any other tour event at this time. As soon as we know, you’ll know. Please hold the emails!

EDITED:  This just in from Hot Topic, "As of now, the event has been canceled for the SF location.  Hot Topic is working to see if it will be re-scheduled or not.  As of now, all the other events are still scheduled and set to go. "

Some of the cast of Twilight will be at Much Music (in Toronto) next Saturday, for a special Twilight Live@ Much show.
Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Rachelle Lefevre will all be there, and the show will be filmed and broadcast next Saturday at 6. You can get wristbands for the taping this Tuesday at 5. TY to Kristen.

Since tons of media outlets were at the Twilight press junket this past weekend, and a lot of the article repeat information, we thought we’d hit the highlights of what is unique.

"During the course of the marathon junket, we had the chance to confirm that each and every character from the book series is signed on to three Twilight movies.

What about Breaking Dawn? Since the book wasn’t out when the contracts were drawn up, it was not part of the deal. Translation? If this series gets all the way to part four, Summit is either recasting or Stewart, Pattinson, Lautner, and crew can look forward to a nice fat raise."

He’s not sure how, after he had refused to write music for "Twilight," director Catherine Hardwicke got ahold of his songs. But he suspects co-star Nikki Reed snuck it off his laptop, where he keeps some of his music. (Hardwicke later told reporters that she was eventually able to convince him to record the songs and it was only after she showed them to him together with footage from the movie that he agreed to let them be used.)

“I was embarrassed going into the casting because in the character breakdown, the first line is, ‘Edward is the ideal perfect man,’” he said. “I literally put it off for five months and then I went in mainly because I had seen Into the Wild and I wanted to meet Kristen because I thought she was cool. But I felt like an idiot being like, “Hi, I’m here for the ideal man audition.“
