MTV: How to Spend Time Until Breaking Dawn Part 2

MtvlogoKara Warner over at MTV tweeted out a question yesterday: “How are you passing the time from now until November 16, 2012? BD2 release”

We responded along with lots of others.

Our friends at Twilight Lexicon offered a shout-out to Internet stars/comedic sister duo Hannah and Hilly Hindi’s “The Hillywood Show,” who recently reached their goal of raising $10,000 to produce a “Breaking Dawn” parody. “Looking forward to the @HillywoodShow Breaking Dawn parody. They raised 10K to do it,” the Lexicon tweeted.

Others suggested re-watching “Twilight,” “New Moon” “Eclipse” and “Breaking Dawn – Part 1” and re-reading Stephenie Meyer’s books that inspired it all.

“@Twilight movie marathons, re-reading the books for my 6th time and of course twitter :),” wrote Jimena Martinez.

Sarah M., who is one of the lovely ladies behind the Kristen Stewart’s Hot Bodyguard Facebook page, seems to be developing a budget so she can come to Los Angeles next year for the premiere and camp out again in Tent City.

“Work, work, work to save $ for Tent City 2012 and hoping for some #SWATH promos/premieres w/ Kristen & @KStewsHBG :),” Sarah tweeted, referring to Stewart’s other big movie, “Snow White and the Huntsman.”

Check out more suggestions over at MTV. What are you doing?

Peter Facinelli Loves Hong Kong

Imagine if you had to wait to see Breaking dawn in your country until December 22nd! Well that’s exactly what it’s like for fans who live in Hong Kong, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea and Thailand. Peter Facinelli went overseas to meet with fans and press.

According to the Wall Street Journal:

Actor Peter Facinelli, who stars as Dr. Carlisle Cullen, met with journalists at a news conference in Hong Kong Tuesday, and offered an attempt at a Cantonese greeting: “lei ho,” or hello. The 38-year-old New Yorker, who plays the vampire patriarch of the Cullen clan, said he was thrilled to be visiting the city for the first time and had already scoped out tourist attractions like the Peak and Victoria Harbour’s evening laser show.

He was so taken with Hong Kong that he wants to make a movie in the city, he said. “I’m going to write [a script], and I’m coming back to film it.”

We’ll be looking forward to coverage from our friends at Twilight Singapore, Twilight Nusantara (Indonesian site) , Twilight Philippines
