TMF: Which of Robert Pattison’s Upcoming Movies Will Be A Hit

Without risking the wrath of rabid Rob Pattinson fans, we think we can safely say that though Little Ashes and How To Be were not runaway box office hits. Now granted, they were small indie movie ventures, and we don’t think anyone intended them to be blockbusters.

Let’s flashforward, Rob now has multiple upcoming projects ranging from modern-day, New York City-based love stories to period costume dramas. The Movie Fanatic delves into what we can expect from Rob’s upcoming work, and asks which will rise to the top on the screen.

Check it all out on The Movie Fanatic.

Remember me sounds like it’ll be sweet and unbound captives seems like it’ll also be good because it has Robert AND Hugh Jackman which are both totally gorgeous but im obviously a twilight fan and love New Moon the book so ill go ahead and say New Moon :)

  3. HEY TWIFRIENDS IM gonna go with new moon for now.I think this will have the biggest draw for him,All ages can get in and people just cant wait to see this second installment.Im sure remeber me will do great but ill wait fir it to come out on dvd.IM interested in seeing bel ami and unbound captinves.I love period movies. He was great in how to be and im glad he is choosing different roles and they all seem interesting and diverse.

“How to Be” and “Little Ashes” were on such small release that it would have been impossible for them to generate any great hype. “How to Be” was a great little movie; I’ve yet to see “Little Ashes” although I’m dying to, because I am a huge fan of Dali’s work.

As for upcoming projects, of course “New Moon” will be the big draw, but “Remember Me” looks like it could generate some buzz. While “Unbound Captives” will be a big draw for Jackman fans; I can’t foresee that Rob’s role will be that huge, although I’m sure the Twifandom will support just about anything Rob puts out in the near future.

Will I go see them in theatre? Probably. I’m sure my curiosity (and desire to see Rob on the big screen for two hours) will get the best of me. ;)

  5. I would say Remember Me because it looks fantastic. But New Moon might just be a bigger hit because its the Twilight Saga.

unfortunately, i haven’t seen little ashes *or* how to be, as neither were shown anywhere near me. i don’t think it would’ve been possible for either movie to be a huge hit, no matter how good they were, bc i’m guessing they only got limited play.

with that said, of the two movies i know of, my bets are with ‘unbound captives’ due to hugh jackman being in it.

  7. I think that “Remember Me” is going to be an amazing movie!! i read the script, and i think that it is going to be one of the most touching movies! i think that Remember Me is going to definitely be a huge movie!! =)

…and of course New Moon is going to be a huge movie too!! =)

  8. for now i still stand for “New Moon”..and will be box office hit.. cuz it will be out first before “Remember Me”..

Which will be a “Hit”: New Moon. Which am I interested in seeing, besides the twilight movies? Bel Ami, for sure. I saw Little Ashes, and enjoyed the film, but was sometimes embarassed by how raw Rob’s performance was. Can he pull off Bel Ami? How fun would it be to see Rob as a romantic bastard, going for everyone and flinging them away? Changing the tone a bit, I bet Remember Me will be fun. The other one with Hugh Jackman, just doesn’t make any sense to me, but I am prejudiced against westerns. (but not against Hugh Jackman)

  10. thehtic says:

i would say all of them just because he is in them. he has a massive fan base and i am sure his fans will go out and support all he does.

  11. wow, he’s got his hands full. im just wondering when he’s fitting all these movies in. Ik he’s all but dun w/ remember me but he’s gunna be doing eclipse soon and poppin out breaking dawn right shortly after. I hope he gets a brake n there sumwhere n doesnt get worn down.

  12. twilight + star trek fan says:

none except for new moon will do well lol

  13. New Moon and the rest of the Twilight books will be the biggest but I too want to see his other movies but it’s not like I’m dying to see them.

  14. The Twilight saga films of course and probably anything he is in in the near future. He has such a huge fan base now he’ll be given a chance to try out different roles so we can see his ability to play someone other than Edward and have it released to a wider market.
Little Ashes and How to be didn’t even play where I live and you can’t find the dvds to rent them either, so I wouldn’t even count them. They were released in a very small number of theaters.

  15. Mary Alice Cullen says:

    New Moon of course.
