The Indiana Gazette talks Twilight and the merge into Adult literature with the Host.

 The Little Brown website dedicated to the Twilight Saga has posted a list of exciting titles coming our way this fall.

And finally this evening, we stumbled across a hilarious blog dedicated to the many LDS (Mormon) fans of the Twilight Saga out there…and their husbands.  The Normal Mormon Husband talks Twilight for Dummies and Totally Desperate Mormon Guys.

Priscillaxcullen has done some digging around and located the jewelry designers who created the Cullen family crests for the film.  These crests are not for sale to the general public yet.  (We will be sure to let you knew when/if they become available for purchase.)  In the mean time stroll on over to the Artisan’s Designs webpage and see up close detailed images of the crests used in the up coming Twilight film.  The are truly spectacular.  

Pictured on the website are Esme’s ring, Rosalie’s pendant, Alice’s choker, and the Cullen boy’s wrist band.

Lion – Dauntless courage

Hand – Pledge of faith, sincerity, and justice

Shamrock – Perpetuity

Chevron – Protection; Builders or others who have accomplished some work of faithful service

Seth has updated the Stephenie Meyer website with a new theme to celebrate the count down to Breaking Dawn.  And we also wanted to remind everyone that tickets for the Stephenie Meyer signing tour go on sale beginning tomorrow in some venues.  See the calender page for details of the event in your area.

Also, this quote from Seth, the webmaster, was put on the Midnight Sun page, "June 2008 Update: In response to the outrageous number of emails that I have received with questions concerning Midnight Sun, I talked to Stephenie this weekend and she asked me to let everyone know that Midnight Sun is her next project. She has not yet finished writing it (and there is no timeline set up, so we all need to put a lot of effort into being patient for a while longer), but she is definitely still planning on having it published. And, after Breaking Dawn comes out, Stephenie will have much more time to focus on writing Midnight Sun."

Recently there have been a rash of rumors concerning actor Jackson Rathbone circling the web.  I have been asked to relate the following from his management to the Twilight fans. 

Any rumors regarding Jacksons Rathbone’s sister and her health are unfounded.  Jackson has also been reported to be over the age of 24, that is also false.  And finally the stories circulating the web about him being in a long term relationship for the last three years are also unfounded. 

In this day and age when the information super highway is brimming with the latest gossip on this star or that it is important that we remember our sources.  And most importantly to remember that most actors value privacy above all else and seeking after personal information such as a family members health is an invasion of that privacy.

As many of you know Robert Pattinson, star of the soon to be hit film Twilight, also stars in a small independent film called How to Be.  Unlike studio releases, independent films gain momentum throughout the year by airing at film festivals across the world.  How to Be will be showcased at an up coming film festival right here on the east coast.  The Rhode Island International Film Festival will be featuring How to Be this year.  If you are in the area, check it out!

In this edition of Twilight Tuesday MTV discusses the film being faithful to Stephenie’s work and reveals the Cullen Crest that has been so talked about all across the internet since April on the MTV Blog.  And for an added bonus watch one of these additional scenes as its being filmed here!
