Me too Dimitris – NM was the best. I like Eclipse’s soundtrack has great songs and great artists…but again…the songs weren’t really used in the movie…so they don’t feel as connected to it as they were in the other two movies. Favorite Eclipse song is the Black Angels and UNKLE’s – With You in My Head. Could listen to that song forever…NM was Thom Yorke’s Hearing Damage…and Black Ghost’s Full Moon from Twilight – ALTHOUGH 15 Step by Radiohead (played in the closing credits) is awesome…wish it had made it to the soundtrack. Love Radiohead.
I’ve loved the OSTs from all 3 movies. They have introduced me to so many new bands (new to me anyway). I don’t think there’s a single song on any of them that I don’t absolutely LOVE!
Yeah…I can’t listen to Jacob’s theme from New Moon without bursting into tears (so much soul to it) – Desplat did a great job on the score. The new score is OK – but when I heard it – after hearing the soundtrack – I knew something was up because the score was like the elevator music version of the soundtrack. Ugh.
I like the EC soundtrack. But my favorite is still the TW one.
