Kellan Lutz: What’s the biggest difference? That’s an interesting question. Because the books are already about different subjects. Stephenie [Meyer] wrote them with the Romeo and Juliet aspect, and then, each one has a different persona. It’s a really cool concept. But as far as the directors go, each director is different. Catherine [Hardwicke] was very energetic, and she made this beautiful movie. Chris [Weitz] had this really cool, really laid-back [vibe], but has a great sense of how to do CGI and how to make these wolves look real and bigger than life versus just some computerized image. Then David Slade, with his action background and his indie style, just mixed the two. The movies are going to be unique in their own aspects, and that’s what’s really interesting — it’s not the same director doing each one. We, as actors, got to see different styles of [directing]. So it doesn’t feel old, ever.

I know it goes on all the time in movies but its still strange to think of doing whole movies where the cast never meet each other.
I thought Ulalume is supposed to be on Friday night at 9pm, this clip says Saturday night! Does anyone know for sure? I don’t want to miss it!
since there isn’t yet a post about this: there is a NEW COMMERCIAL that aired during Leno and it is now up on comingsoon.net. i can’t find it on youtube – you have to go to cs.net and on the right hand side there is a section called Trailers and Videos. there is a large picture link to the video the lexicon posted of footage we’ve already seen. below that there are two other twi vids with smaller picture links- its the one on the right. i would have emailed this to the lexicon, but i thought it would just get lost in their mail. this trailer includes the moment when bella looks jake (in wolf form) in the eye (during laurent scene) and senses its him. i have never seen this trailer – but feel free to delete this if its a repeat. it also shows jake taking down laurent, jake and edward getting into fisticuffs and jake and bella hugging in her room. enjoy!

I guess we will have to wait and criticize after we watch all 3 or hopefully 4 movies. I love what Catherine did! I will have to wait and see how I feel about the rest. I dont care much for special effects since they dont make or break a movie(think about the last 2 pirates of the caribbean).
