Adam Lambert Talks Twilight Again

According to Access Hollywood, American Idol contestant Adam Lambert loved Randy’s Twilight analogy of the other day,

“Maybe I’ll be in a movie, let me just put that out there,” he said. “I follow the ‘Twilight’ books and I love them.”

Given that Adam is already getting MTV coverage, can it be long before Larry Carrol is knocking at his door for a Twilight angle?

So, we’re curious, because we’re sure that there are a lot of AI fans and Twilight fans out there. How many of you loved Adam’s satisfaction the other night, and if you did, did you vote for Adam? Did the Twilight reference influence you in any way?

Justin Chon: Hometown Boy Makes Good

Kellan Lutz Auction For Charity

How would you like to have something Kellan wore on his head. No, he didn’t borrow Rob’s beanie. Kellan wore a construction helmet to show support for Habitat for Humanity. After that he autographed it and put an adorable teddy bear on it!

According to the site where you can bid on the helmet:

“Own the Habitat for Humanity hardhat autographed by Kellan Lutz. Mr. Lutz (Twilight) signed the hat to support Habitat’s mission of providing safe and decent housing for all.

Proceeds from the auction benefit families served by Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles through the Hollywood for Habitat for Humanity program.

Winner will receive a Certificate of Authenticity from Hollywood for Habitat for Humanity.”

TY to Nadine from Kellanlutzonline for making us aware of Kellan’s efforts to support this worthy cause.

Eclipse gets a Director, Maybe

According to Acting411.blogspot.com Eclipse will be directed by Paul Weitz, Chris Weitz’s brother.

There have been rumors circulating that Drew Barrymore will be directing the third installment of Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight Series. These rumors are false. Due to the New Moon post-production schedule for director Chris Weitz, his brother and co-owner of “Depth of Field Productions” – Paul Weitz – will be directing Eclipse.

We have no way of verifying this information until Monday and no other major news source is reporting this information.  It could very well be just another of the many rumors floating around New Moon.

Extra Bombarded By Questions

The only  thing that’s mystifying us is why Extra is surprised that they were bombarded by questions from Twilight fans. Did they suddenly forget the red carpet premiere, the Hot Topic Tour, and need I say Comic Con?

Here’s some early coverage of the fan questions. The cast is slated to give their answers next week.

Extra is also running a story about how to get Kristen Stewart’s signature Tokyo premiere look.

The Toyko Tour: Autograph Signing

Remember when a week ago when we said that the Japanese were every bit as crazy for Twilight as their American counterparts, and they could scream just as loud. All three star were really great meeting their fans in the middle of a rain and sleet storm.

Here’s a slice of being Rob Pattinson. Any closer and the video cam would be in his suit pocket. More videos here from Karolmitie.

It’s a good thing Taylor is on this trip. Look at the fan reaction he gets, and it’s probably only going to get bigger over the next year.

Incidentally it was like three degrees. The guy were probably cold in their suit jackets, we can’t imagine how Kristen didn’t get hypothermia, and considering it was pouring how no one looks like a wet dog.

Twilight Japan Tour Press Conference

The girls from Twilight Singapore have uploaded the pictures they took at the Tokyo press conference, and given a brief description of the event. Our favorite picture is this one of a sheephishly smiling Kristen Stewart after attempting to greet and thank the Japanese fans in their own language.
