When/if Bella turns, in twilight and new moon and eclipse there are scenes Bella cant stand the smell of blood. I wonder, if maybe either she is going to have extremely highened sense of smell for blood (as one of her talents) or she is going to be repulsed away from blood as a vampire.
What do you think Twilight fans, will Bella’s obversion to blood come into play when/if she is turned? What do you think sher special ability might be if she gets her wish? Will she even have one?

I’ve always said that she would hate blood… well not hate it, but she won’t be like another newborn, she will be different.
All vampires are extremely sensitive to the smell of blood so I don’t think it will be one of her talents. I think her talent will have connection with the fact that mostly of vampires’ talents don’t work on her.
I don’t think there is any possibility of a Vampire becoming human again. Once you are changed you are changed. That’s a little too far fetched I think. I have heard Stephenie likes happy endings so I think that Bella will be changed into a vampire and be w/Edward since that is what she wants and that Jacob will imprint on someone (not Leah). And someone did bring up a good point about what if a wolf is bitten by a vampire. I do think that issue will happen and I’m looking forward to the results (good or bad).
actually i like this werewolf being bit by a vampire idea. it could be something that is dangerous to both vampires and werewolves alike.
i really hope bella is different and is like carlilse becuase i dont want her to be an out of control new born !!! but she has got something the other newborns have not ………….. the cullens !!! and im sure edward will protect her from doing anything she will regret
but i have a very bad feeling that MAYBE bella will chicken ( sorry couldnt think of better word) out when she is about to get changed but she wont chicken out coz she is afraid of becoming a vampire or becuase of the pain but because she afraid tha she wont be the same and she wont want edward as much as she does now
sometimes me and my friends talk bout what we would do if we were bella and at first i was like i would definately we changed coz u can live forever plus the obvious reason u will be with edward for ever but then it got me thinking about the relationship as a whole coz edward luvs it when she blushes and her heartbeat and i would be afraid tha he wouldnt want me even tho he has clearly stated tha he would want her no matter what
i really hope tha she is changed but i have a feeling jacob will come back and get in the way like he normally does and im not sure he sense to blood will be particulary important but i do think she will have an amazingly awesome power

I think her special power will be that she can use other people’s powers against them. Isn’t that good? I thought of it all by myself!
but dont vampires smell a different scent of blood instead of how humans smell it. Like how Edward smells Bella, he describes her scent as floral. So i dont think that should effect her in her vampire life.

i believe thats possible, that she could be immune to the smell and thirst for HUMAN blood, but she’ll still want blood, definitely.
as far as power, i think she’ll remain immune to edward’s and aro’s and stuff, but like, alice and jasper will still affect her…but there was this fan fiction, i know, i’m going off of that, i have no original thoughts, where she like could show you her emotions/memories/thoughts by touching you or by like “sending” it to you telepathically and like in this edward could see things that she wanted him to see and wanted him to know and i think that’d be nice for edward…though potentially bad too before she gets control of it, because of the whole jacob situation and maybe seeing more firsthand about stuff in new moon….
i think she’ll be repulsed by blood because she doesn’t like it in her human life so i think that will carry over when she’s a vampire
I think Bellas aversion to blood is just a strange coincedance Stephenie put in. I don’t think she will not like blood, she’s a vampire, she’ll need it to survive!

Here are my theories:
1) Edward and Bella confronts Charlie about her engagement with Edward – He might be angry at first, but he’s slowly accepting the fact that Bella is 18 years old and a legal adult and that she has the right to do what she wants – He knows that he needs to let go of her.
2) They’ll try to get married (Alice probably gets carried away. AGAIN. =D) But maybe the Volturi will interrupt it.
3) Bella will – no, WILL be turned into a vampire – Her powers will be better than everyone else.
Probably mind control or telekinesis… haha!
4) What if a new mythical creature came? In Twilight I read a part that said – Werewolves, Vampires, AND WITCHES… hmmm… strange… but I wouldn’t like it…
5) WHAT WILL THE COVER BE?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

i think that is going to bellas super power. she is so repulsed by the fact now that later when she is a vampire she will be able to resist the urge to drink human blood.
I can’t see Stephenie Meyer letting Bella get away with being a vampire that easily, i mean IF Bella is changed, i think it would be a challenge for everyone if she was just a normal new born. It seems a bit too easy for her to just change, and then have no problem with a ‘veggie’ lifestyle. As we all know, nothing in these books runs smoothly, or how you expect.
I reckon her honed sense of smell will increase, but it might just mean she can find people from a further distance, or maybe sense something about them, like emotions or something similar. Kind of like how people say animals can smell fear.
I also reckon the Volturi will interupt the wedding, or possibly Jacob and Co. Because once again, nothing ever goes without a hitch in these books (Which is why i love them

IF she is turned (which I hope she isn’t) I don’t think she’d be like other vampires. I agree with someone who said that as a newborn vamp, she wouldn’t be as bloodthirsty. That would be true. As a newborn, she’d be thirsty but maybe not for human blood since it grossed her out so much in the other books. She’d go for animals I believe. She’d easily fit in with the Cullens. They’d all live happily ever after drinking animal blood. THE END
(Her power could involve her ditaste for human blood…since she can already sense it as a human, she easily sense it as a vampire. maybe even more so than the Cullens can… and some of them can really well…some choose to ignore it though…)
I was thinking since none of the other cullens did not choose to become a vampire like Bella did thats why the cullens want blood but since Bella choose to be a vampire she dosn’t have to have blood and maybe dosn’t want it but…
I think something is going to happen and Bella gets in trouble and Edward thinks its somewhere else and does not come to her aid but JACOB does because he found out where she really is.
JUST A THEORY:
i think she’ll end up being the ultimate tracker.
she’ll have the most amazing heightend sense of smell
any of the vampires could wish for. i think she’ll be able
to smell a human from hundreds of miles away.
but i think she’ll also be repulsed by it, which will help
her stay away from humans. so she wont be a huge

when bella gets a vampire i think she get the talent to protect others like she can “protect” her own against talents from other vampires.

i really don’t think much of this theory. the vampire powers are related to special talents or attributes they had as humans. and in bella’s case that’s definitely her private mind. so her power will be either protecting other peoples minds or using the powers of other vampires, reflect instead of absorbe it. so she can read everyones mind with edward around (even his…), read aro’s mind by touching him and a confontaion with jane would also be interesting…

I think she’ll hate the smell eve more. Because if she has to go through the whole “i’m in alaska…i’m with edward…this is boring” for a long, long time the book wouldn’t be that exciting…so why not skip over that?
but alice did have visions of her killing more people then all the others. so…i’m probably wrong.

at the moment no one can get into bellas head. she is resistant against aros or janes talents. and this she can devolve for others like a protector.
but the theory about using other powers is awesome.
since in one of the PCs stephenie said that when humans are converted to vampires, all their senses just intensify in strength. if that is true, then bella will probably dislike blood even more. but she’ll probably just dislike human blood. cuz it would be odd if bella was the only vampire on the planet who *doesnt drink blood of any sort, and lives on human food*!!!
oh, and what do you guys think of rob, kristen and cam walking the red carpet on sunday? cool huh? i cant wait…=X
it’s kind of funny to imagine Bella at vamp-top-speed, with her klutziness and all… *stares off into space* will the klutzy-Bella we all know turn into Rosalie, or maybe even Alice?!?! that’d be weird to imagine (Bella with a supermodel walk)
i think she might be able to use someones powers against them, like when jane tries to hurt bella, jane will be hurt instead.

If bella turns into a vampire, i think she might be able to see things that people don’t know because she had a dream Edward was a vampire and Jacob was warewolf..
or maybe because of that weired glitch thing she might be able to munipulate people with her mind..Like make them do things ..like what jane does with the pain but Bella might be able to make you jump, laugh, or just do anything>….

I mean, think about it. She can’t stand the smell of blood alreay, wouldn’t that just highten the tendency in her vampire life?
And, also, she’s so afraid that she would be damned by this blood lust. Wouldn’t it be just like Stephenie to not give her one?
I don’t think her natural distate for blood will be a big issue. There will probably be a simple paragraph where she’s pleasently suprised that blood now smells yummy and tastes even better.
but stephenie says that human attributes get intensified,
so wouldnt bella’s displeasure to blood be intensified also?
I think that Bella going into this transformation of becoming a vampire with her knowledge beforehand will surprise Edward that she will have control. If you remember Rosalie told her she had almost as clean of a record as Carlisle, because she hasn’t tasted human blood but has killed 7 humans. If Rosalie can do it I imagine Bella will be able to survive it. I’m not saying it won’t be easy, but if she only hunts and feeds on animal blood she may be able to contain her need for human blood. After all Mind over Matter.
I was thinking about the human thing, where she could turn vamps into humans, but now I’m starting to ponder the “Force” thing. I mean think about it. Control things with your mind!
But… I’m also leaning towards, she might not even be able to be changed at all. What if she’s to “anti-vamp” like that she’s amune to becoming one herself?
Or maybe she’ll be exactly the same except with a slight taste for blood and a power… The same klutziness, strength, speed.

Bella is human, thus she will be able to be changed into a vampire. Plus, i am sure you will definitely remember this, but james bit her and she felt the burning in her veins. So i don’t think that will be possible unless Edward sucking the venom out will make her immune to vampire venom. But, that does not seem too likely.
As for the theory, I am leaning towards she will be ok with animal blood but will be adverse to human blood. In the personal correspondances on this website SM said that animal blood does not hold any desire to vamps but, since when has bella been normal. She will probabley be the exception to that and prefer animal blood to human blood
i dont understand how she could turn away from blood!! That is what vamps NEED to survive!!!!

oh, i also like the theory of ‘absolute control’ over herself and others (the theory of her turning peoples powers against them) I read this fanfic once and her power was that she was able to use any power of a vampire in close proximity to her and jane came and bella gave her a taste of her own medicine. HA! i would love to see that

Didn’t Stephenie say that her being disgusted by the smell of blood doesn’t have anything to do with that? That it just reflects her self? Well, vampires are vampires. Vampires’ natural instinct is to drink blood. Period. Bella will not be any kind of exception.
As i read above, i love the idea of that absolute control, turning their powers against them….Then she could do sooo much, she could read Edwards mind, Have visions, make Jane think she is in pain, calm everyone down…..I love that idea
