EW has a new clip of Catherine and Stephenie posted from Comic-Con.  They talk about the cast and the clip that was shown there.

All Headline News has an article about some of the biggest shows to hit New York in the coming weeks. Now just for fun — let’s play that age old game….One of these people are not like the others. 😀 What’s Happening: Maroon 5, Counting Crows, Sara Barielles, Stephanie Meyer This Week In New York City — can you spot the difference?

The Big hitters have come out to play once again as Time Magazine lists the best of the best of Comic-Con. And Twilight fans you should be very proud.

Most Enthusiastic Fans: The Twihards, devout readers of Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight series of vampire books, were the loudest and proudest in Hall H, starting a Twilight chant while they waited, shrieking any time a cast member, Meyer or director Catherine Hardwicke said anything and asking lots of questions about vampire hotness. After the panel was over, so many Twihards rushed the movie’s booth that fire marshals briefly closed it down. Fanboys, don’t look back. The fangirls are gaining on you fast.

The article also mentions that members of the Twilight cast made an appearence at the EW/Sci-fi Channel party later that night.

Premiere.com has an interview with Kristen from Comic-Con. It talks about what she feels about her first major lead role and how she shook out of being Bella Swan when shooting was over.  

Premiere.com: Edward, whom Bella falls for, is a vampire, but it seems like he could be
the equivalent of the sensitive bad boy in real life, too.

Kristen: Well, yes. There are a million guys like that, and most girls have the same
feelings for them. Yeah, there are a bunch of little themes like that. I
mean, yes, it’s a fantasy, and we’re at Comic-Con [so it is in the] comic
book genre, but it’s very close to home. It’s about real human beings, even
though the vampires aren’t human. He is. That’s what differentiates him
between the good and the bad vampires, is that he still has a connection to
his human self. He’s not just given to the animalistic side

 

Pattinson Online has announced that IMDB has updated the "Little Ashes" page to include a full synopsis of Robert’s next movie. And the Official "Little Ashes" website has been launched.  

As a special treat, Photographer Amy Howe has given the Twilight Lexicon an exclusive peek at the recent photoshoot she had with two of our favorite Wolf Pack members — Solomon and Krys. Life Bio: Justin Chon is a bright up-and-coming actor, his career starting only a little over two years ago.  Being that Justin is a new face in Hollywood, his background is a tad unclear and the information is from the few interviews he has done.  Born Justin Jitae Chon in Garden Grove, California, he was raised in Southern California with his parents and continues to live in the Los Angeles area.  Justin is described as an easy-going, California boy, enjoying his time at the beach surfing or spending time with friends.  He played saxophone in the marching band during his high school years at University High School in Irvine, California.  He attended the University of Southern California where he majored in Business Administration.  To fulfill the language requirements of his degree, after trying Japanese, he changed to take Korean.  It was spoken around his home growing up, however he had not mastered it and took this opportunity to.  During his junior year, he spent time in South Korea as part of a year abroad. The first semester he lived in the dorms of Yonsei University in Seoul while the second with his maternal grandmother.  Through this experience he was able to learn about his culture which would further aid him in a role in the movie “Crossing Over”.  His father was an actor in film and television in South Korean but gave it up to marry Justin’s mother and move to the United States.  His mother’s parents did not approve of his father’s occupation so he left it to start a retail business in Southern California. His mother is an accomplished pianist and has passed her passion of music to Justin who is accomplished in several instruments.  Due to his father being in films, he was naturally drawn to the films and television and it became a fascination for him.  While growing up, Justin noticed that there were not many Asian American actors.  This caused him to feel that his dream of being an actor would be impossible until he saw John Cho in “American Pie.”  It was then he felt that he could pursue this dream as a career and not as a hobby.  His career started with an episode of “Jack and Bobby”, a television mini-series.  Following this, he was in two short films: “Taki and Lucy” and “Fleetwood” and an episode of “The O.C.”  His cross over from television to film came with his part in the Disney television movie “Wendy Wu: Homecoming Warrior” where he plays the lead character’s brother, Peter Wu.  Justin joined the cast for the new Nickelodeon show “Just Jordan” in 2007, as Tony Lee and has already signed for the next season.  However, he is balancing this role with the several film roles he is working on.  Although television is his start, Justin says he prefers to do films as they remind him of summer camp.  He looks forward to continuing with his acting career and later on possibly getting involved with directing films.  Although described as a down-to earth individual, he is a driven actor who continues to hone his craft through acting classes and top-notch acting coaches.
 
Fun Facts: One of Justin’s favorite movies is “Interview with a Vampire.”  He enjoys playing music (piano, violin, guitar and saxophone), watching television, skateboarding and surfing.  He owns a shoe company called Attic. His first paying acting job was a T-Mobile commercial, Justin says he played a “Chinese immigrant wannabe rapper.”

Life Bio (500-2000 words): Michael was born in Los Angeles on July 25, 1987. Michael’s acting career started at the age of 10 when he played the young Niles Crane on the television show “Frasier.” He later starred as Luke Girardi on the critically acclaimed hit television series “Joan of Arcadia” from 2003 to 2005.

Michael’s versatile acting ability is demonstrated by his guest appearances on over 25 television shows such as “Stargate SG-1”, “NCIS”, “Numb3rs”, etc. Michael has experienced in playing diverse roles such as a Buddhist monk, an autistic teen and a young man battling with the law.

Along with television and film, Michael has also acted on the stage. He got a great opportunity to play Ian McKellen’s son in "Enemy of The People" with the Royal National Theatre.
