On pg. 418 (hardcover) Edward tells Bella that the PRIME candidates for Emby’s father are Quil Ateara Sr., Joshua Uley, or Billy Black. He says PRIME – that means there are other possibilities.
On pg. 118 (hardcover) Jacob is telling Bella about when Sam changed the first time. After Sam had phased back to human he met Mr. Ateara and shook hands. Mr. Ateara realized what was happening and went to the elders. Then Jake says, "They were the only ones left who still knew, who remembered. Mr. Ateara, Billy and Harry had actually seen their grandfathers make the change."
If they saw their grandfathers change (phase) that means their grandfathers weren’t aging. So their grandfathers could be physically the same age as them or possibly just a little older. So, one of the grandfathers (Levi Uley, Ephriam Black and Quil Ateara) could have been Embry’s father.
