Sale days at the cafepress store

We use a Cafepress store to help defray the costs of running the Lexicon. We make around $2.00 on items we sell.  It’s helps to pay for our webhosting with upgraded server, coppa required mailbox, chat room, and various other things that seem to creep in there unexpectedly.

Our supplier is currently giving out the following offer and we thought we’d share the benefit with everyone.

  4. VampireGirl says:

    πŸ™‚ Thank u!!!!!!!!!!

  5. Stephanie I says:

Heyyy, cool! I’m just wondering, do you guys work out a deal with SM to sell stuff like that?

In answer to your question. Yes, we asked if she minded and she didn’t. Secondly, anything offered is not a copyrighted item. For examples the pictures are all original art we paid for or designed ourselves,. Any phrases used do not feature full character names, or are entirely our original idea such as the "La Push Cliff Diving Association". In other words we haven’t crossed the line to intellectual property theft.

  6. Yay! Thanks! Happy Thanksgiving, everybody!

  8. Stephanie I says:

Thanks for answering my question Pel, and if you don’t mind, another? πŸ˜‰ How did you contact her? Or is it just because Twilight Lexicon is huge and she knows about it so well. Because I want to sell some designs too, I’ve seen others do it, but I don’t want to get in trouble or anything. πŸ™‚

If you read the faq on this page, our connection to Stephenie is pretty well explained.

  9. gobblegobble says:

thanks for the coupon. Happy Thanksgiving

  10. Are there multiple correct spellings for Volterra? Happy Thanksgiving!

We altered the spelling slightly to avoid running afoul of Stephenie’s work and of items produced by the town itself.

  11. hey eveybody! happy thanksgiving to all you U.S. residents! anyway, remember the voting for eclipse on amazon? well, right now its ahead of harry potter 48% to 42%!!!! if we just keep the voting up eclipse will totally win! thanks y’all! love ya! πŸ™‚

  12. There use to be shirts that said “vampires and werewolves and edward oh my” I don’t see that on your cafepress site anymore. Did you have to stop making them?

  14. I’m italian but I want to say a thing…I think that all the people who see this site they love “twilight”, but I had a strange sensation when I read this book…I cryed and I think that edward is a impossible mirage, a image in the twilight…and I am very very sad when I think this…but I need to read those books for the hope that in the world there is a twin spirit for all the people…I know that this comment is only of little girl and all this is very melodramatic…but when I talked with my friends who read this book they said that they had my same sansetion…I finish saying “all they wanna do is find a way back into love” which this is a sentence of a song…
by a very sad italian girl who love “twilight” “new moon” and “eclipse”
but I hope to return happy
I forgot I live near Volterra exactly in Florence!!

  15. to the sad italian girl,
i felt exactly the same about the book-you get this kiind of feeling when you read it,like edward is an impossible character and you will not find a trace of him anywhere, that’s probably the reason why it is sad:but you can still hope somebody will make the same impression on our lives the same way he did with bella’s.
just wanted to say i love the book-it’s probably the best thing i’ve read so far,and i hope more books could be like it-but what would be the point in that?
