Both Breaking Dawn and The Host filmed partly in the Celtic Media Center located in Baton Rouge Louisiana. Apparently they are offering it up as party space. They just Tweeted out the following:

I believe the interiors of the house,where they share their first night togther,was shot on that soundstage.
