One of our Lexicon readers told us about a month ago about the Breaking Dawn ornament being offered in the Hallmark 2012 collection. Now she has some close-ups.
She says:
It’s hard to tell in the picture but there is a lot of detail for such a small ornament (4″ high). You can clearly see all the buttons on the back of Bella’s dress and on the sleeves. I was very happy and impressed by this. I can’t wait to see the ornament in person.

I was thinking more Andre the Giant from “Princess Bride” myself. LOL
I can only hope that this one will look better than the Eclipse one that was sold this past Christmas. The workmanship on that one was HORRIBLE!! Jacob looked like Lou Ferrigno and Bella looked like she had gills. Keeping my fingers crossed that this one looks as good as the very first Twilight ornament, which was very well done!

I’m hoping I’ll like it once I see it in person. I have the Twilight one & would love to get this one. I didn’t get the Eclipse one 1) because it looked horrible and 2) it had Jacob.

Last year’s ornament was very poorly made, bad paint jobs, hands that looked glued on. I’ll have to see if this one is worth the money. The first ornament was excellent.

Has anyone but me noticed that they missed New Moon. We can’t have an ornament collection without a New Moon ornament. I think we all need to bombard Hallmark with a request for a New Moon ornament. I will get this one. I have collected Hallmark ornaments for years. Mostly Mickey Mouse but I have both of the Twilight ornaments and will keep getting them regardless of what they look like. I have to have a complete collection, just like my barbies.
I have always thought the same thing!!! They skipped new moon!!
