Have to ask Ms Meyer for most exact answer. My assumption is that because he is a hybrid same as Reneesma and her eyes didn’t change. Charlie would have noticed that and they didn’t give her contacts. And she was drinking human blood, not freshly killed, but still human blood.
You got your characters mixed up, Benjamin wasn’t a hybrid.
Rami plays Benjamin, not Nahuel. Benjamin is the typical vampire- drinks blood, etc. Nahuel is the one you’re thinking of, Pam, with the teak colored eyes. and you’re right, they didn’t change because Nahuel was half human.
Holy crap, that gave me the chills. That’s exactly how I pictured Benjamin. Jesus.

Benjamin is not a vegetarian vampire, so his eyes would be red. The “teak colored eyes” would be Nahuel, the half vampire/ half human from the Amazon.

i don’t like it. bella says benjamin looks barely older than a boy. so the sctor should be in his 20s. this guy just looks all wrong. BUT, in this vampirized picture he looks awesome and fit to play a vamp.
