Now with the New Moon trailer released on the internet everyone is abuzz about how Taylor-centric it is. Yahoo featured the trailer and a piece discussing Taylor. Warning if you are avoiding spoilers read no more!!
After watching this trailer (only about a hundred times!), there’s no doubt in my mind that “New Moon” is poised to be Taylor Launter’s turn as the saga’s new leading man. But can the 17-year-old actually pull it off? And will it leave fans asking RPattz who?
The trailer was good, and i’m definitely excited to see “new moon,” but i’m gonna be team Edward all the way!!!
btw, when are we gonna get the official official trailer? one that’s a little bit longer, and one that has no voice-overs
Ok New Moon is a Jacob movie. I think from what I’ve seen, Taylor has the acting chops to pull off playing this character. I really hope he doesn’t get stalked by crazy fans and pap after this movie though. All these young actors need to be able to have a life.
Taylor can most definitely pull it off! he’s amazing! (and incredibly good looking lol)

wow, i’m not really feeling robert in these trailers but taylor looks amaaaazing. i love that kid. i can’t wait to watch this. i absolutely loved it.

Well that line was hilarious….I can’t wait for movie ^-^ SQUEE! Throw Edward and Jacob a turkey!
What I don’t understand is this . . . with Summit’s blatant promotion of the whole “Teams” thing for NM, are we as fans supposed to get up in arms again about who Bella should be with? Because if so, I don’t quite understand the long term marketing strategy behind it. I know that not all TW movie-goers have actually read the books but eventually BD, the last book adaptation, will be released in theaters and I can’t for the life of me figure out how they plan to meld the promotional campaign they have going now (i.e. pick your Team) with the one they’ll HAVE to run in the future. Jacob ends up with Bella’s daughter for pete sake! I understand the need to promote Jacob as a character on his own for NM, but if they go too far in this Teams thing (at least as it applies to who Bella should be with) it will only make the future Jacob/Nessie scenes in BD that much less palatable . . . and dare I even say, plausible . . . and not to mention weird. Who knows, maybe they already have it all worked out. That IS why they get paid the big bucks.
I can’t wait to see New Moon!! Love this new trailer!! Jacob looks great, looks like Taylor will live up to expectations. Looks like Rob & Kristen will be winning best kiss again @ all the award shows. And OMG, I have to say, Rob looked really scary in that small & quick shot of Edward @ the Volturri, as did Dakota as Jane. Kristen does an amazing job, as she does in all her movies. Nice to see Chris Weitz has them all looking better than they did in Twilight. I’m team Edward & always have been, but I love Jacob too & can’t wait to see what looks like an action packed movie!!

!!!! That’s my words to this trailer… AMAZING…just BLOODY AMAZING!!!! (sighs). It is silly compare Jake with Edward, imo, they have different personalities. The only thing make them similar is the love they felt 4 Bella & this make the difference & the beauty of the movie: In one hand Edward breaks Bella’s heart (trying desesperately make he safe), in another hand, Bella finds in Jake her only solace to keep her going through her life… I mean, she knows so clearly who she loves… there is nothing to compare. ’bout our super Taylor, I really hope that he can put everything (even more) out of what is expected… IT IS YOUR TIME NOW TAYLOR…

But in my own opinion the reunion kiss is the best part of the trailer followed by Rob’s look as he is being attacked by Jane!!!!!!

I’m still Team Edward though. Paraphrasing what Edward said in Eclipse, Jacob may love Bella but when Jacob imprints, Edward will be waiting in the wings. Lucky it didn’t go that route. (sigh) Edward.

New moon will be good. But Edward will be back. This is Jacob’s one and only movie to really shine. Sorry, but this whole story is about Bella and Edward. Don’t get me wrong, I am glad that Taylor has a chance to shine, but I dont think anyone will forget about Edward!!
I hope they do forget about Edward cause i am a fan of Taylor Lautner but Edward always comes and stops the action from happening like in twiligt Bella could of become a vampire but he was not having it don’t get me wrong he is a got actor very good but he is like a grumpy old dad and he is always touching his hair but i am team jacob no matter what
and i would rather have a space heater over air con any day
