Taylor Lautner, Rachelle Lefevere, and Kristen Stewart are still in Vancouver (Kristen and Taylor have very heavy filming schedules), and they are doing the cliff diving scene.
As you can see, the Vancouver coastline is very similar to La Push’s beaches (Vancouver is the image on top). We don’t envy the group filming.
We know first hand just how cold it can be out there. The last time they filmed at the beach, Catherine Hardwicke described it as “My worst day of filming EVER. It was the day that made grown men cry.” Break a leg, guys! Ty Twi Crack.
So I guess we can now eliminate (unless they are making a local appearance, or getting flown on a private jet) Kristen, Rachelle, and Taylor from those making appearances at the DVD releases.
Ahh! That’s so exciting!!
Although… I suppose that means that Taylor won’t be in NYC for the release tonight…..
I’m still crossing my fingers!

I don’t envy them [Taylor, Kristin, Rachelle, Chris the crew, etc]. They have a lot of hard work ahead. Break a leg guys!

Jacob was in wolf form when he jumped after Bella.
On Stephenie Meyers site on her “Being Jacob Black” when he tells about the cliff diving scene and when he jumped off the cliff after Bella he is in wolf form..and transforms into human form in the water when he grabs her and pulls her up.
I wonder if in the movie he will also be in wolf form when he jumps in after her…but then again…how will his clothes magically appear on him as he is carryiing Bella out.hahahah that would be a problem.hahahaha I bet he will be in human form in the movie when he jumps afetr her.
we will see.

I’m so excited at the moment! The shooting’s already began and they’re starting it with one of the most important scenes in the movie, once again! In Twilight they shot the Ballet Studio scene first, right? I remember that video with Catherine saying something like “This is our first day of shooting and we’ve picked the most difficult place ever!” and they were at the Ballet Studio then.
La Bruja mentioned “Being Jacob Black”, and I really hope they’ll use it the way they used Midnight Sun!
My mom just got mad at me cause I screamed when I found out that Taylor wasn’t going to be here.
NOw i can hope that ROb might come to Dallas! I can’t wait to see how the cliff diving scene turns out, i’m sure Kristen Taylor and Rachelle are going to make it great.

They are filming at Tofino which is in Vancouver Island. You have to take a ferry to get there.

It’s not Vancouver where they’re filming, it’s on my beloved Vancouver ISLAND, on the west coast in a small town called Tofino, which is notorious for its near constant rain, and killer surf;). They’re definitely right that it resembles La Push, been there a few times and they’re definitely very similar.
Makes me shiver that they’re so close…haha

Wow they’re filming on the Island too? That’s great! I’ve been there many a time, it’s just a short ferry ride away from me. Tofino is great! We stopped there overnight one summer on our way to visit family.

A little information about Vancouver. Vancouver is a temperate rain forests. It rains a lot here. So if your visiting the city make sure you have an umbrella. Summer here is much better and very beautiful.
