According to the Twilight Saga website:
Catherine will be signing copies of Twilight: Director’s Notebook on Wednesday, March 18th at 6:00 p.m. at Walmart, 44665 Valley Central Way, Lancaster, CA 93534.
To obtain tickets for the autographing, you must purchase a copy of the book the day of the autographing, while supplies last. One book per person.

She is doing both events – the Santa Monica event is on the 17th, this one is on the 18th.
