According to MTV, former Jane’s Addiction member Perry Farrell has a song in the Twilight movie soundtrack.
Mike Welch has pictures from his latest project, Speech and Debate, on his MySpace. His MySpace happens to be sporting a Twilight theme.
We also understand that Mike may be updating his media site soon with some early footage of Mike.
Speaking of Mike, Popstar magazine has an interview coming up with Mike tomorrow, and they want your ideas on what questions you want him to answer. Chime in here.
Last but not least, photos from the Send Mike Socks Campaign should be making an appearance on Mike’s MySpace shortly.
Sam’s Club recently sent out a newsletter to its members offering one lucky person the chance to buy a trip to the Twilight movie premiere in Los Angles. The trips includes meeting the cast. More details on the trip are released October 15 by going to the Sam’s Club website and searching on the word Twilight. Thanks to Bonnie.
Several movie theater employees have told us that their Twilight movie promo kits are going to be ordered this week. Stay tuned to hear what items may be used at your local theater to promote the show.

I am currently in Germany, and I already saw a Twilight cutout/poster in the theater! It was cool! I wanted to take my picture with it… but I think might friends/everyone else in the theater would have thought I was an idiot. Still, the trailer is the important part…

ha ha Krisklala …. I would have felt the same way about taking a picture in front of the cut out. Hopefully, though, one quick picutre will be so fast no one will notice!!
Wow- I will SO be at my Hastings store on October 28th to buy the soundtrack!!! Is it standard to release the soundtrack before the movie???

for those of you who havnr had a chance to listent o much music from the band you should look up the song called “I would for you” on you tube. I tried pasting a link on here but it didnt work so check it out…really. Its one of theyre slower songs and was one of my favorites back in the day.Get a taste at how ggod they are.

Paramores song that features in the film is available to listen on stephenies website now! I’m usually prejudice again Paramore because i don’t like them too much but its actually alright.
I was just driving and 106.7 was on!! she said hear is the new Paramore song that will be on the Twilight sound track “Decode”!!!!!! The song was amazing, perfect words it was great!!!! I was flipping out when she said this and i turned up my volume to like 30!!!! then after the song was over she was like “you can find there new song on the Twilight soundtrack… am i the only one that has not read those books by Stephenie Meyer?” I can’t wait!!!!!!
AH! The Twilight premiere is now Nov 21st in Sweden as well!!!

The Paramore song is amazing. <3 Even though I’m a Paramore fan I was worried it wouldn’t fit the “mood” of Twilight. However, this song sounds much more grown-up then many of their hits. Can’t wait until the movie.
i like paramore’s song…i think it fits the darker parts of twilight really well. kind of hard to understand the lyrics, though. i think they’re probably going to put the song in one of the sadder parts of twilight, like when bella’s on the run from james

OOH! i got the sam’s club flyer in the mail today! on the back it was kristen and rob’s picture, the main twilight picture poster, and how you can go to los angeles and get the chance to meet all the actors, and catherine! i wish i could go, but living on the east coast stinks.

i listened to the paramore song.. and to be honest i was not really that impressed. yes, her voice is awesome and amazing and i love it, but the lyrics? eh, i’ve heard better, from non-profressionals too. it’s really catchy but after the third or fourth time… the chorus gets annoying. sorry i’m being so negative, that’s one of my flaws- i find other people’s flaws. -_- anyway. it was okay the first few times, but it got old. i still think its cool to have paramore on the soundtrack.

maybe that’d work in like New Moon.. i don’t know how in Twilight htough. it just seemed kind of out of place. care to explain?
My brother actually works at a movie theater here as a manager, and he said that they got posters for twilight already. actually they got them awhile ago, the ones with the old date on them. he said his theater wasn’t even putting them up because they don’t expect it to bring in any money at all, so he just gave it to me, which was awesome. but he said his theater might not even SHOW the movie, let alone advertise for it.
I hope from that article those non-Twilighters don’t get the idea that Twilight will be a sex story based on how they said that they “go all the way.” But I’m sure it’ll be a great song!

i dont mean to be rude, but i am so sick of hearing about mike welch on this website. what is this sites obsession with him? it might as well be the mike welch/twilight lexicon. he only is a minor character in the book and probably less in the movie. i am not a teen, maybe that could be it, but please get past this infatutation. i have to admit its cooled down a little, for a few months back it was like a constant mike welch day! no thanks!
