The reporter writing the article misunderstood him thanks in part to his accent, and thus he was quoted as saying 180 year old vampire. Second, when Catherine is talking about a love scene, she is talking about a romantic scene such as the meadow scene. Rest assured, one of the deals of the film is that it will stick to the book on the nature of Edward and Bella’s relationship. All bedroom scenes refer to being in Bella’s bedroom just as they are many times over in the series and nothing more.

Okay..I loved the video..but I have two complaints; one about the video..the other about the article. 1. The video title was something about lust. NO thats wrong they are not in lust; they are in irrivocably, uncontrolable L O V E. and 2. the article said Edward is 180… NO! hes 106 turning 107 on June 20. urghh

I doubt its that kind of “love scene” I mean I heard or read somewhere that Stephenie specifically said that the rating for the movie needs to be PG13…Plus that’s a big issue in the book and I think they can’t just overlook that….

man, they seem to get Twilight so good! Catherine is the best director they could have ever chosen, I love the way she works! On “The Meadow” scene, Rob has his shirt on. In the book its opened to reveal his chest. Is that still going to be in the movie? I was looking forward to it.

I believe the ‘love scene’ refers to the moments where Edward is laying in bed with Bella. Those moments (especially the very early ones) made my heart stutter at the beauty of such an innocent scene. The part I hope (and really do pray) to see is the morning after where Edward mentions that Bella spoke in her sleep again. His eyes softened as he told Bella that she said she loved him. “You are my life.” And that line always gets me.
