Kellan Lutz Joins the cast of Twilight

I agree – the Kellan guy would be either a good Emmett or Jasper – I’m leaning toward Jasper. That was my first thought. But Jasper or Emmett would be great!
But.. I’m looking at the casting.. and I have to say….
Quite honestly, I don’t like many of them. Robert Pattison as Edward… well… he’s okay in some pictures – like the alternate ending of Vanity Fair. =) He’ll be a pretty good Edward.
Maybe if the James and Carlise switched roles it would be better. That’s closer, at least in my mind.
So far, none of these people are fitting my mental image… Alice comes the closest. I’m waiting for the trailer, but…
But hey, if they get a good Jacob, Jasper, and Emmett, I might just change my mind… =)

Probably Jasper,cuz he looks too “small” (relative term here!) to be Emmett. Emmett is supposedly this huge WALL of a guy.
Don’t kill me, but… he’s more of a Jasper in my opinion than an Emmett. I think that Emmett should be bulkier. I don’t know… this guy’s more of a skinny pretty guy to me than that big, muscled beauty Emmett should be.
But, ya know… he could bulk up for the role. Muscle builds. =)

A funny thing is that Jessica is prettier than Rosalie!!!!
I thought it was supposed to be the other way around.
Oh, well!!! She is a good actress but I can’t see her as Rosalie even if they dye her hair blond, the physical appearance of the character is just not there. I guess they are not following the “manual” exactly.
I love the pick for Alice, just like I imagined, very happy with all the choices accept Rosalie.
He HAS to be Emmett.
Tho i really don’t picture a brunette-ish Jasper (cause he’s supposed to be Rosalie’s ‘twin brother’, right? and Nikki Reed, imo, would look pretty damn weird as a blonde). I am honestly scared now.

I totally thought he would be a perfect emmett but then I looked at some of the pictures that people said looked like jasper and now I have no idea!!! I think he’d be perfect for either one but he’s definitely not a tyler, too hottt!!!
As for the rest of the casting, I’m pretty happy, I love Robert!!!! I don’t really like Nekkie Reed for rosalie or the guy playing eric but whatever… And I though Victoria had straight, bright red hair, I guess they can change that though.
All and all I am completely ecstatic, people are mad at me cause it’s all I talk about!!!

when i first saw him i automaticly thought of emmett but on occasion i can see jazz but i’m still hoping for emmett. he looks to built for jasper and he’ll probably go through training to be even more built like robert is doing. this is the best week eva! like they’ve almost given the whole cullens and victoria (which i’m thrilled about) i’m not so thrilled for alice or rose but i can just get over that cause they’ll be pretty good in the end because of all the things they can do with tec. stuff now! and yea i still think emmett!
