Win a Private DVD Viewing With Kellan Lutz

This press release just in from the makers of Eclipse gum:

Fans of Eclipse gum and the Twilight movies can now enter for a chance to spend an evening with Kellan Lutz, star of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. The contest, which celebrates the movie’s upcoming DVD release, asks fans to submit a moment when they needed breath-freshening Eclipse gum at EclipseSecrets.com. A winner from all entries will be chosen to attend a private DVD viewing of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse with the film’s star.

“Since The Twilight Saga: Eclipse first debuted, we’ve seen that people inherently associate the Eclipse gum brand and the film,” said Paul Chibe, Wrigley’s Vice President and General Manager U.S. Gum and Mints. “Not only do we share a name, but our two brands have passionate fans, making this partnership unique and relevant to our audience.”

Now through November 15, fans over the age of 18 can visit EclipseSecrets.com to talk about an embarrassing time when they wish they’d had Eclipse gum to freshen their breath.  From all the moments submitted, the funniest, most creative and amusing tale will be chosen and the winner awarded a trip for two to Baton Rouge, for a one night stay and a private DVD viewing with Kellan.

The winner of the “Evening with Kellan” contest will be announced on November 29, 2010.  Fans can learn more including official rules and regulations, at EclipseSecrets.com.

The contest is one part of a larger Eclipse gum promotion supporting the DVD release of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.  Special Twilight-edition packs of Eclipse gum featuring images of characters from the film including the love triangle (Bella, Edward and Jacob), Cullen family, Bella, Wolf Pack and Volturi vampires are now available in retail locations nationwide.

Now through March 31, 2011, fans visiting EclipseSecrets.com can also enter their code from the special edition Twilight packs to unlock exclusive footage from the film.  The site also features unique webcam technology that allows gum chewers to hold a pack of Eclipse gum to their computer’s camera to instantly reveal secret scenes.
