Sorry we were “compelled” to report an official press statement from Kristen Stewart. That was the extent to which we covered the issue. We didn’t contribute to anything other than what Kristen herself officially released. Our policy has been that the personal relationships of the actors are off the table unless they choose to make them on the table. For example, Nikki Reed and Paul Mc Donald willingly talk about theirs, but Peter Facinelli other than to announce his divorce doesn’t discuss his relationship with Jennie, therefore we keep that off the table.
If either Kristen or Robert decides to officially cover their relationship status in an official statement or interview we’ll cover it. But unless they do that, we aren’t covering it. The ball is in their court.
