    “share never-before-seen footage from Comic-Con 2011″
does that mean the two “exclusive” clips -the one with Jacob-Esme-Carlisle-wolves and the 2nd one with Edward and Bella in Isle Esme that are all over youtube….? Or something completely never-be4-seen? I’m guessing the 2 cilps…

  2. Tickets are still not available on Fandango for my area. still not happy camper. did request ticket alert, so hopefully soon.

  3. It sounds good, though will this only be available to people who live in United States?

  4. come on!! the world is bigger people!! why is this only on the usa??!!!! i wanna go so bad!!!!!

  5. Lynne Stringer says:

Pity I don’t live in America.

  6. irrevocablysue says:

Really!!! There are people in Northeast Wisconsin. Green Bay, WI…You know…home of the Packers…
Lots of movie theatres here too…
    Getting tired of being overlooked….

  7. Elizabeth (EverythingRemindsMeOfTwilight) says:

Sounds like one giant DVD promo–it definitely doesn’t sound like anything really that “new”. Are they trying to test market what fans will want on the giant DVD box set they’re sure to sell after Breaking Dawn Part 2 has come and gone? I could answer that simply—EVERYTHING!

It still doesn’t solve the problem that neither I nor anyone in my group can go to a movie on a Tuesday night, 3 weeks in a row and then Breaking Dawn. It doesn’t sound like anyone considered the scheduling conflict this will create for fans. For over a year, we’ve been planning to see the 3 movies leading up to the midnight release of Breaking Dawn. I don’t see why they couldn’t have done this on the day Breaking Dawn comes out, when a lot of fans have set aside that day already. This Tuesday thing won’t give the same experience, especially when we can’t go; nor does it seem like it would be a better experience either, in my opinion.

    • Charlotte says:

There are some theaters that are holding a marathon on the 17th leading up to Breaking Dawn.

      • Elizabeth (EverythingRemindsMeOfTwilight) says:

I’m in L.A, and (so far) the closest theater showing the marathon is an hour away. I’m a really dedicated fan, but a hour plus drive after I drop off my mother-in-law at 3 am? I’d be lucky to make it home. And it seems quite backward that I’m having this problem considering the area I live in.

  8. Twilight Tuesday?? really Summit? Last year I went w/my daughter to the midnight show special where my theater offer one time movie ticket for Twilight, New Moon & then the release of Eclipse. It was so fun for us fans and there was breaks in between movies. Why can’t they offer something like that again…some people might not want to sit in on 8 hrs of movie but if you are a twi-fan, it shouldn’t matter because you are anxiously awaiting up to Breaking Dawn Pt 1. Besides most likely all who will be going to the midnight show are twilight fans who can’t wait to see it.

I’m sure all fans have these movies at home but wanting to see it on a big screen would be nice…but why would Summit make us (fans) pay for 3 different days to watch the saga when we are waiting to pay for the special opening for “Breaking Dawn”! Are they really asking fans for more money to spend prior to BD Pt1?

Personally I don’t like this Tuesday special, not only it’s a week day and with work hrs, traffic, school, sports or whatever is normally going on in a week day, it will be harder for people to go if they are willing to pay. Some people are actually taking a day off from their schedules just to attend a one night opening because they can’t wait to see it on the weekends. Way to go Summit (not!).

    Just my opinion…hmmmm

    • Charlotte says:

There are some theaters that are doing the marathon before Breaking dawn—- Twilight Saga Tuesdays work better for me—– I can’t do a marathon and a midnight movie—- have to work the next day.

      • Elizabeth (EverythingRemindsMeOfTwilight) says:

You know, I wonder why they don’t do both. The Tuesdays could help the people who need the movies spaced out, and the marathon the day of would be what helps the others out. They might even make more money that way.

  9. This is why it pays to get sign up for movie stubs and rewards programs.
The lady at my local AMC box office mentioned to me (because when i bought my ticket to see Moneyball, she saw that I had ordered my BD tix online) that if I had signed up for the Stubs program, I would be able to go to the Twilight saga marathon and special screening, AND get to see BD at 8:00 instead of midnight.

  10. twilighterobsessed says:

They do both in my area and my theatre is 5min away :) and I took the 18th off work. Im too dedicated its scary Lol. The tickets are $25 for all movies. Way better than $40.50 I paid last year!

  11. are they going to do this again this year???
