USA Breaking Dawn Premiere Date and Location Announced

Dig out those sleeping bags, make those plane reservations, Summit Entertainment just announced the date and location of the Breaking Dawn premiere in the USA. No word yet if there will be other premieres/fan events in other countries.

Here is what we know so far:

The Breaking Dawn World Premiere will be at the Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE on November 14, 2011.

This is the same location as the Eclipse premiere. We expect that Summit will have future information on when, where, and how fans can camp out. Since the Nokia is in downtown Los Angeles and is is a complex of private property there will no doubt be very detailed instructions. As soon as we have them, we will bring them to you.

  1. CAN. NOT. WAIT!!!

  2. Just curious as to why you’re using the artist rendition of the proposed football stadium? I guess it’s the only good pic of the Nokia center from high above?

  3. Joy Fitzgerald says:

I would love to purchase ticket for the premier in LA as a birthday present for myself and my daughters. I can not find tickets on sale both at Nokia or ticket master. Would you happen to know how to get tickets for the premier showing on the Nov. 14?

  4. Any reccomendations on a hotel? This is my first time going to tent city, and I have no idea what days to book the hotel for…..Alos, for anyone that has been there before, one person is allowed to leave and come back right? As long as we have someone else in our group holding our spot?

  5. This is no surprise at all… how about switching it up and do it in Vancouver, Baton Rouge, Nashville, or anywhere not the total norm, give the rest of the United States a chance to do the fan thing…

    • P.S. yes, I do sound jealous and bitter cause I probably am :)

      • lol I live in New Zealand (around 7000 miles away from LA) and i’ve managed to save enough $ to fly to LA by myself (I was 18 the first time I went) and camp out for both the New Moon and Eclipse premieres. If I can do it, so can people outside of LA =)

  6. I want to camp out for the Breaking Dawn Premier in LA but I have no idea where to star. Can you please help me ?? I want to purchase the plane tickets but i want to know how many days in advance i sould be there and when they give you the wristband and all the detail. Please can you contact me.

  7. i wanna go really bad!!how can i get tickets??

  8. OK, so I really wanna go to the Breaking Dawn premiere..so what time is it gonna be at? If I’m not going to camp out, and I wanna get there and see the cast on the same day as the premiere, will I be able to do that?..Cause’ i know its gonna be super crowded..its just that I’m the biggest Taylor Lautner fan, and I’ve been wanting to go to the premieres soo bad..but I didnt get a chance to go..:( I even made a poster and everything. And I only live about 45 min. away from l.a..:(please help meee!!

  9. could somebody please help me with details on how early i should be there and when to get wristband im soo lost :(

  10. Hey can someone help me out? my mom and i bought plane tickets to come out! how early can you start camping? i just wanted some insight from someone who has been at one before! We went to the Water for Elephants premiere but we only had to camp one night…im assuming that we will need to be out there far before that! just any details that anyone is willing to share, please feel free to msg me back on here or email me at jensuehen04@hotmail.com! • Im sad theyre not having it at Westwood again this year. Ive been to the first 2 premieres (Twilight & New Moon) & they were really great experiences. Honestly I dont know if Ill go anymore because we have to camp out 5 days before the premiere & you have to wait 6 hours standing behind the rails to even get a glimpse of them that day. Luckily I met them both times. As for renting a hotel for 5 days, not worth the money & you might find some reallllly diehard fans that will NOT hold your spot so they can move up in line. But if you really want to more power to you! :D Let me all know what you guys are going to do and hopefully I see you all there if I go! xo, Gabby

ps. You might need to wait longer this year I had to wait 5 days for the New Moon premiere so maybe now a little over a week!

  13. When I went to the Eclipse premiere I only had to camp out the night before to get the wrist band. It is mandatory to camp out until the day of the premiere but you can sneak out and go home and then come back on the day of the premiere, which is what I did. Once you get your wristband it has a number on it so nobody can really steal your place. Only the first 300-400 people will get to be on the red carpet and the others will be across the street. That’s how it was for the Eclipse premiere.

  14. Emily Macias says:

I am planning on going to the premiere, I have already bought my plane ticket and looking in to a hotel the thing is I am going alone. I went last year to the eclipse premiere and it was amazing. I went with my best friend but she can’t go this time. If anyone else is going alone, or if I can maybe tag along with someone else’s group plz email me at maciasemilyroberta@yahoo.com. I am really scared of going alone!!!!!!

  15. Amber Beasley says:

For the permire are we seeing the movie or are we just watching the cast walk in. because if we arent watching the movie … what’s the wristbands for? i’d really like help, ive been planing on this movie permire since new moon came out… any words of advise or answers to my question??
    -thanks guys for helping!

    • The wristband is to be able to see the cast as they walk on the red carpet. Last year they gave out tickets to see the movie as a surprice.

  16. I think everyone here would just like some information. The best person would be someone who went to the Eclipse premiere as it’s being held at the same place.

    Some questions may be
    1) As far as time go, Summit will likely tell people when they can start lining up, that would be the time to be there obviously. as early as possible.
    2) When do they give out the wrist bands?
    3) Can you put up a tent right away? Is it okay to leave your tent?
    4) Bathrooms? If you don’t get a hotel is there a place to go 24/7?

  17. Well I booked my flight today!!! I am coming solo and was wondering if someone wanted to hook up….I fly in on the 11th till the 15th. I hope that is enough time! Any details on when camping starts? And what we should bring? Email me at cowboysdreem@hotmail.com

  18. I’m flying from London and meeting a friend in Phoenix and then driving down to L.A. We’re getting there early EARLY thursday morning and camping (obv!) so i’m hoping we’ll be at the front. I’m not going all that way for second row. -.- lol

  19. okay im lost, im new on planning to attend the premiers but now i live in Los Angeles so i plan to attend. anyone has any tips on how the premiere days are?
example: how many days ahead should i be there?

  20. Tory 'Korthouse' Carroll says:

I REALLY REALLY want to go, and I have read all the previous comments, but I am still a little confused on what will be going on. So you have to camp in order to get a wrist band? And if you camp out, will you get in to see the movie or is the camping out and getting the wrist band just to see the cast? If they do hand out tickets as a surprise how many do they hand out?

Any help on my questions would be greatly appreciated! THANX

    • Last year we were told we were getting wristbands. The # on the wristband represented your place in line. AFTER we were handed our wristband we were allowed into the designated area where we can set up our tents. Any time BEFORE getting the wristband, we were not allowed to loiter/camp. The day of the premiere, we were told to clear up our camp site and line up in numerical order according to the # on our wristband. Red carpet was set up and we lined up along the guard rails to watch the cast come down the line. :) I hope I somewhat helped paint a picture of what to expect. :)

  21. I went to the New Moon and Eclipse premieres. Since it’s at LA Live again, I want to assume the same rules apply this year. Last year campers were not allowed to line up or “camp” til wristbands were handed out, which was distributed 4 days before the actual premiere. I’m surprised Summit hasn’t announced more details as far as when we get our wristbands and so forth. We have a little over a month before the premiere, so I’m eager to find out more information so I and everyone else can plan accordingly.

  22. This year will be my very 1st premiere, but I am attending with someone who know’s a bit about the camping, since she attended last year’s Eclipse premiere. Was able to score a killer deal staying at the JW Marriott right at LA Live thanks to a friend, so we will be able to shower and change every day while we camp. I am so excited, and hoping to get as close to the front as possible. So excited, can’t wait to go!!! I wish they would hurry up and post the rules so I know what we can/cannot have. I heard last year got a little crazy because of some not so friendly people pushing their way up to the front when they were not actually first and bribing security, which irriates me. Why can’t everyone just play fair???

  23. to bad i cant go cuz its on a skool night

  24. HELLO (:
IF ANYONE has tickets can you please please please tell me where i can buy them ? ive been looking forever . im one of the biggest fans out there and i would die if i could get some tickets . my email is crash_boom_pow@yahoo.com PLEASE :D

  25. how much are the tickets.?

  26. If i get a wristband does that guarantee me to get into the premier? how does that work??

  27. what time the premiere start? because I will be there since day 13th…all night I will wait there….

  28. Elizabeth

  29. FYI, i live in l.a. and im going, and its going to rain. Lol idk whats gonna go down, but serious showers are coming our way for this premiere.

  30. elizabeth says:

I hope that for that day it isn’t going to rain

  31. can we still go to the premier with out a wristband?
