I wish my parents would let me see The Runaways. Oh well, I got to meet Joan Jett last weekend and watch her concert from backstage. I think I’ll survive!
No way! Lucky for you,you got a rare opportunity to meet a rock legend. By the way the Runaways film is awesome,although I have to warn you some scenes are a bit disturbing. Kristen nailed the performance as Joan Jett and Dakota did a phenomenal job as Cherrie Currie. It’s a different role from what we’re used to seeing her in and you get to see the complete deterioration of a innocent girl,who overcomes addiction. It’s a great film,sorry your mom won’t let you see it.
I get to see the movie in one year when I turn seventeen. Sigh
Yeah, I got ridiculously lucky last weekend! Joan is actually really sweet and her concerts are a ton of fun.
I’m a fan of Dakota and Kristen and Neon Angel is an amazing book; I wish I could see the movie sooner…
