Joan Jett remained more famous and more recognizable and therefore more difficult to protray. Most are not familiar with Cherie's performance as they are with Joan's. Others have said Kristen is exactly right as Joan so give her some credit. Congrats to both Kristen and Dakota. Also I loved kristen in welcome to the Rileys! That I think is her best performance ever! In the Runaways the movie focuses on Joan & Cherie. It doesn't focus on the other band members. But the actresses that were sandy west & Lita they rocked out! But don't have much spotlight. But so what? This movie was based on Cherie's book. So basically she is the boss lol.
