I went to China last summer and got the Chinese translation of Twilight (it was the only book they had translated then). My cousin read it and totally loves it… I’m still trying to read through it (my Chinese is awful!). So far, they’re pretty much translating it close to the original, but it’s not as good as the English, of course, no translation ever lives up to the original!

I live in Shanghai, and work at an International English school for locals. One of the English classes is reading Twilight, and the kids say the English version is better than the Chinese version.

I’m from Honduras but I live in Taiwan (China) and the movie comes out until December 4.. it’s hard, can’t wait no more!
