Iconic New Moon Lines Hit Hot Topic Tee Shirts

Justin Chon has, “La Push Baby” and Mike Welch has ‘How you likin da rain, girl?” that fans ask them to quote, and now we have two new lines from the actual novel and from the screen play:

i really don’t like these shirts. there’s nothing subtle about them… garish is the word that comes to mind.
there’s got to be a designer of these t-shirts that has an artistic eye rather than splashing on big prints of people’s faces right?
I don’t think subtle is part of Hot Topic’s look…ever.
I wish they just had their faces on them, or the words on the back or SOMETHING.
no subtle isn’t part of their vocabulary is it? haha.
they just get a nice huge range of different things, yet i feel like there is very little thought behind the designs. something a little classic maybe that won’t look atrocious to wear 6 months down the track.

I don’t usually wear anything with someone’s face in it, but I might buy these T-shirts just for the quotes.
I know what you mean. I am a big Twilight Saga fan, but I don’t want to wear the ‘obvious’ shirts with people’s faces on them. At my site, Twilight Gear, we have a lot of La Push and Isle Esme shirts that most people don’t even realize have anything to do with Twilight unless they have read the books.
