I definitely agree with Scratch. Hardewicke did an amazing job with Twilight. Chris Weitz just couldn’t recreate the intensity of emotion, gorgeous cinematography, or special soundtrack. New Moon is a typical big money overtake of an inspired artist’s vision. Special effects of wolves won’t replace the open hole in my chest that Twilight’s director is gone. That “special something” is missing and I wonder if the moment is gone.

I think CW did an amazing job with New Moon and would not mind him doing Breaking Dawn.

As long as he stuck to the book for BD, he would be good at it. Don’t play that sappy music though when they are trying to talk near the end of the movie. That was the only part that I did not like about New Moon other than that I think he would be good at it, unless DS is better with Eclipse. Hey, I watched a movie over the weekend and I thought I saw CW in it. Does anyone know if he played in Mr. & Mrs. Smith w/Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie in it. Just asking.

Looks like he won’t be doing Breaking Dawn then. That’s about the time filming would be, and he can’t do two films at once. Too bad.
