MTV, as well as several other major media outlets, are going to be at the New Moon press junket this weekend. They want fan questions.

“For starters, Larry will be speaking to stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner individually, as well as director Chris Weitz. He’ll also be doing a series of group interviews, which you can probably guess at the breakdown of: the Cullens, the Wolf Pack and the Volturi. So that’s seven interviews in total: the four individuals plus the three groups. Our time is limited, so please keep your submissions to one question apiece per interview. Just send them over to tips@mtvmoviesblog.com by Wednesday night. And get psyched from the November 20 release of “New Moon”!”

Chris Wietz: As director, if the screenplay is taking a direction that you don’t neccessarily agree with, do you adlib, or are things pretty much set in stone.
I ask this because I have given Melissa R. a lot of grief for her writing, (on Twilight, I love dexter). So I just thought, if the director doesn’t like it than ne could change it. Right?

I write fiction and sometimes find myself getting too involved in my stories. Have you ever had trouble turning off a character once the cameras stop rolling? Have you ever been obsessed with a character you’ve played?
Wow that is a really good question. It is kinda like getting wrapped up in a really good book and later catching yourself thinking “I wonder what this person is doing”.
Looking back on all of this Twilight phenomena; have any of the actors learned any life lessons while filming, and if so what?

I recently read an article online about fans of The Twilight Saga and it’s cast members were not just teens, but adults of all ages as well.When reading comments made about the article,several statements were made by younger fans that they felt is was inappropriate for adults over the age of 25 to be fans of actors and actresses in the same age group as you guys.I,for example,am in my very early 30′s and am a fan and was before you were ever seen in Twilight. How do you feel about the fact that your fans vary so greatly in age?

For Chris Weitz: Breaking Dawn has so many elements, a movie would benefit from directors like you and David Slade … would it be possible for two directors who excel in their own right, produce a seamless movie that would bring this long, detailed, final book to the big screen. From the trailers we have seen so far, New Moon is going to be a ‘beautiful’ movie – - the cinematography looks fantastic, then then there’s the CGI work… from David Slade’s previous work, we are a looking forward to previews of Eclispe, certainly looks like he could bring the dark edge… a match made in… Hollywood?
