That’s some serious sizzle! No way am I watching this movie in a room full of squeeing 13yr olds. PostTwilight Robward has aged to perfection. Chris W is genius. DVD can’t come out fast enough.
Ugh, no kidding. I’m seeing it at midnight and I’m really not looking forward to missing half of the dialogue due to screams and squeal.

Same here, I’m actually thinking about seeing it either really early, like before school lets out, or even mabye even seeing after the crowed dies down. I mean, if i’m going to see it, I want the full experience. Not the annoying, immature screams coming from 13 year olds drowining out the dialouge.

I’m gunna go ahead and guess that it’s Rob’s way of portraying how hard it is for Edward to control himself and be gentle with Bella when she attacks him with kisses. The book sure never mentioned any moaning though

This is after the party. Edward has already decided to leave her at this point but couldn’t deny her bday request. You can see why he struggles with the kiss. Wants her but can’t have her.
I hate that they’re leaking major scenes like this. People who don’t know the story will think the scenes are awkward or badly acted when that’s the way it’s meant to be.

You also have to factor in that the movie while having to stay true to the book has to also stay true to the prequel (twilight) and according to that edward has only kissed bella on the lips and that intensely once so obviously what looks likes the second serious kiss is sooooooooooo not gonna be easy…just saying
I don’t think this is meant to be their second kiss. New Moon is meant to be six months later.

He’s not moaning out of regular desire. He’s literally enduring the scent of her blood, and he’s respecting her birthday request by bringing himself so close to her. It takes an immense amount of effort to resist any further temptation. Kristen sounds slightly broken because this is immediately after the incident with Jasper.
Edward looks slightly sad and distant because this is after he drops her off from the birthday party. He knows what must happen next.
Please just kill me now…I really don’t think I will make it to 11/20 @ 12:05 when my tickets say I can see this Movie. Just do me in now!

I think the moan and grimace was to express Edwards Pain. Yes, I agree he looks good even when he’s in pain. I’m pretty sure this is the last kiss he gives Bella before he leaves. (If the movie follows the book.) Which is why it is so difficult for him.

Honestly, I don’t understand what’s going on here….. and I’ve read the book.. Yes, some of her kissing drives him crazy.. but more like their first kiss in the first movie…. not this.. In pain kiss.
This kiss shouldn’t be so extreme. I understand his pain.. but this kiss look un-natural… i hope their chemestry isn’t like this for the upcoming movies.
It looks perfectly natural. Couple that with the fact that this may be their final kiss in Edward’s mind, so there’s a certain degree of sadness and passion behind it. Edward’s relationship with Bella is unnatural by nature.
Reread the book. This is the kiss where she feels that it is so much more…the urgency…and later in her room remembers that the last time he kissed her like that it was when he left her (in Twilight) before he was leaving her with Alice, when he didn’t know if he was ever going to see her again…and her panic sets in before the two days before the breakup…it’s all about the unnatural extreme…
My goodness, the chemistry between them is positively thick as butter! I love it. I’m so very excited I got my midnight showing tickets. I’m pretty sure I’m going to get tickets for the middle of the day that Friday. That way school is still in and since I have the day off it’ll be nice and quite. I hope XD

Yea, I think the kiss was utter perfection for the moment. I am lucky enough to have scored tickets for the midnight showing in a movie theater that is 21+. Too bad I’m allergic to alcohol since I had my kids, because a glass of wine or 3 would be so nice for the occasion (or perhaps champagne)!
