The below clips were all official interviews or authorized filming. The actual footage of the movie was not authorized. In fact there were officials in Hall H patrolling while the footage was being shown to prevent people from filming it. Eventually the footage will be on the Summit website or their authorized agents. Nonetheless, it’s the day of the micro hidden camera and the Internet, a look at the usual video hosting sites will let those dying to see the footage (albeit not in high quality) find it.

Omigosh, I was watching the last video and I was just about holding my breath to hear Rob’s answer and then I was like “Hahaha, Tom Sturridge.” And then it ended… And then I was sad.

I loved the “What is she wearing?” comment as soon as Kristen Stewart walked on stage. Bless her soul. She is so incredibly awkward, but I love her for it. I think it just makes her seem real.

I do not understand how Rob handles that at ALL. If that were me, I would’ve snapped and finally said leave me alone! Which he has every right to.
And to be honest, i’m kinda getting sick of how chris wietz keeps talking about not disapointing the people who want to see Rob. How about not disapointing the story? Its not about Rob, its about Bella, and the fact is that Edward wasn’t physically in New Moon 75% of the time. So the creepy Rob fans can just deal. This is a whole movie not just about 1 actor. I like Rob and chris, and I really like what they are doing with the apparitions, but how they are talking about it is annoying. Whoever sees New Moon and complains about how there isn’t enough Rob, isn’t a real fan of the series, and in my opinion, shouldn’t be truely taken into consideration when making a movie.

Rob Fans -don’t get me wrong, plz!!!!-,but this is all about Bella’s feelings: left behind for her beloved, a broken heart… & a very special friend who’s put her back together(in some way)… I want to see the story not just only 1 actor. I totally agree – this movie is about Bella and what she goes through when Edward leaves her. It’s the despair and devastation then slowly the realization that she can survive without him. This sets up for book 4 when her strength is truly needed. If you don’t care about Bella then you can not fully comprehend the story Stephenie Meyers intended you to enjoy. I am Team Edward but I really want to see the relationship begin between Bella and Jacob. This was such an emotional book – I hope they don’t ruin the movie. We need to feel that loss also.
I am a HUGE team Edward fan for life but i agree with you guys. the apparitions were cool but im afraid its gonna become more about edward then bella/jacob!
Kristen is amazing! I give the girl so much credit to cut her beautiful hair for a role she is so passionate about. She is doing much better with the interviews…still nervous but truly explaining her point. Sorry but sometimes Rob just seems to ramble. Taylor is making me like Jacob a little more. Kristen and Taylor seem very comfortable together.
I totally agree with you. chris SHOULD dissapoint the fans, it’s for a better cause. i think New Moon is going to turn out better than Twilight. just by looking at the trailer it seems close enough to the book than Twilight ever was.
I agree 100%. I don’t think when we see Edward for the first time since he leaves Bella, in Italy, it will have the same effect it did in the book because we will have been seeing him all through the movie. I think they should have left him completely out visually until Italy when they reunite. But, who knows, it could end up working, we’ll have to wait and see.
They maybe keep talking that way. But putting Edwards apparitions has nothing to do with Rob. It would never look good in a movie if we just hear his voice. I imagined that scene when she appaers and it could NEVER be that impressive if we just heard him. Things on film work differently.
It’s a different thing that they are presenting it like it was because of Rob, I am convinced if it was another actor portraying Edward they would do the same.
I totally agree, it would be confusing if all of a sudden we just heard edward’s voice. And of course they would have been talking this way about any guy who was cast as Edward. Because the crazy fangirls would have stalked whoever played edward.

Im looking foreward to seeing taylor take the reins in this one, diffrentiation is always interesting, and this is bella and JACOB’s book really. Stephenie Meyer says it herself. Die-hard Edward fans can just get over it really…

Great clips, and don’t get mad here, I am not about to diss Kristen, I like Kristen, this is just a comment…It seemed like she was in tough rocker chick mode, especially in the first clip. It was kinda funny, I bet it’s hard to leave a character behind after doing it for so long. Kinda like when Rob said he did Edwards American accent for so long that he almost forgot his own. Anyway, great clips.
this screaming thing is incredibly annoying and obnoxious. for Christ’s sake, let the people answer when they are being asked something! horrible. it kind of ruins the whole thing. I honestly feel sorry for those guys, esp. rob pattinson. I bet he can’t even burp without some psyched up teen screaming her lungs out. hope this whole mania will come down before it scares the sh… out of him and he changes his mind about being an actor and all…
