Hollywood.com: 15 Things About Robert Pattinson

Hollywood.com decided to do something interesting with their New Moon set visit. They broke it down into a list of 15 things that they noticed about Robert Pattinson while there. We loved this one the most:

“2. Like the rest of the cast, Pattinson’s canvas director’s chair had his character’s name (that would be “Edward Cullen”) embroidered on the backrest. On Robert’s chair, however, “Edward Cullen” was covered with yellow tape, on which “ROBERT” was written in bold black marker. Seems our fantasy boy likes to keep things “real.”

Eh… I didn’t really like the tone she used to talk about Rob, like he’s a peace of meat (cliché, I know…). As far as the observation she made about the chair, I’m not at all surprised. The poor guy can’t even get a minute to himself because he happens to be the most tangible thing Twilight fans have of Edward Cullen. Except that he IS NOT Edward Cullen. He’s Robert Pattison. I’m sure he would appreciate it if girls everywhere could recognize the distinction. Other than that, she didn’t say anything we didn’t already know… No wait… he eats candy and drinks Coke! Holy crap, guys! RPattz is human!!! Honestly… I feel for the guy (and Kristen Stewart, for that matter).

  2. Rebecca says:

I thought it was great. A slightly different spin with different information. The meat tone? Yeah, it was there and not too respectful, but I guess I understand.

  3. Lissete says:

Haha that’s great. Same ol’ Rob.

  4. mschicklet says:

I didn’t like number 6 (about him making a fuss over doing another take). I hope he’s not becoming arrogant. Doing several takes until they get the scene right IS HIS JOB.

  5. 4. Edward’s presence in the novel as a disembodied voice in Bella’s head clearly wouldn’t do for fans hungry for some larger-than-life RPattz on the big screen. The filmmakers recognized that a largely Pattinson-less New Moon would do little to satisfy fans; therefore, Edward appears to Bella in vision form. Sexy, sexy vision form.

NO NO NO NO NO! *momentary tempter tantrum* Bella’s supposed to look around for him but NEVER see him. SOBS! DON’T DO IT, GUYS!

  6. Melanie Cullen says:

i didn’t like number six either. it seemed like he had a diva moment. and i don’t really like the vision-form idea :S.
i liked everything else though, it was really well put together:D

  7. Ariahla says:

A diva moment, huh? Everyone who has ever had a job has grown frustrated with a project or duty. If you’re on good terms with your boss (or the director) you can show this frustration sometimes. This is what makes him human and not the perfect little fantasy most teenage girls dream of. It’s not arrogance. It’s simply a 16 hour day. I am assuming that the posters here are of age, has had a job before, and therefore know what I’m talking about. Especially an emotionally and physically draining job. If not, give it another decade or so.
