Just a btw, it is “Charleston,” not “charlestown.” Beyond that though, I just wanted to say that my friend suffered through a 2 hour wait to get an autograph, but that during the entire shindig he was giving out free kisses and taking pictures with twimoms like a true gentleman.
I absolutely love that in the middle of his busy schedule this man gives back and gives back. He is constantly (and some of the others too) doing something for charity. I think he’s making an awesome example for his children. I can’t wait to meet him in Nashville. I am not a twi-mom, more like a twi-grandma but I’ll take one of those hugs!
I am an older fan too, but I think PFach is very well grounded. I am definitely becoming a TEAM Carlisle fan as well as TEAM Edward!!
Peter Facinelli seems like such a caring and kind person.. I would definetley love to meet him one day=] Go Carlisle! Oh and I’m 14 by the way=]
It’s definitely CharlesTON not CharlesTOWN. I waited for 6 hours for an autograph, but it was amazing!! I’d do it all again given the opportunity!
PF is such a nice person!!! No one else could ever play Carlisle but him…!
I know other people have said this already, but it really is Charleston. I live in West Virginia, and I know it is not Charlestown… because it’s the capital of the state. So, it’s definitely Charleston. But, I didn’t get to go to this and meet him
I wish I could have.
I was there! I live in West Virginia and went to the Town Center with absolutely no intentions of meeting him, but met some friends instead and stared at him from the third floor food court.
Eventually, though, my sister and I ended up running down to the first floor after he left for a moment to see if we could catch a close-up glimpse of him when he came back, which we did, but only of his back, not his face.
Eventually, about 30 minutes before 5, we broke down and decided to get an autograph – by this time, the line was down to four or five people!
He was so kind and very down-to-earth. I stood in front of him and complimented him for what seemed like a full five minutes, and he made eye contact and smiled at me the entire time, then thanked me. He is such an amazing person.
My sister and I also had a Twilight “swoon moment” when we saw him kiss a girl’s hand.
It was amazing.
My daughters and I had the opportunity to go to the Town center Saturday. We heard about him coming to Charleston from our friends. Anyway, we didn’t know if we were going to make it or not. We were on vacation in Pocahontas County about 200 miles away. But we made it. And a couple of my girls were able to get their pic with him. Toward the end we were waiting on a pictures(which did take a long time, but I didn’t mind the view) my 6 year old daughter, Erin, began yelling for Peter about 15 feet from him and he couldn’t hear her so my 7 year old, Autumn, joined in and the both of them yelled,”Hey Peter,” and he turned and looked at them, smiled and waved and then he told his body guard to bring them over. He got someone to take down a posters off the backdrop and he signed it and gave it to the girls. They were captivated and so was I. He was sweet to my girls. I hope they thanked him. I mouthed thanks to him. His bodyguard, who was gentle and kind brought my girls back to me. It was great. He was amazing.
