According to the Alexa Chung programming schedule, Ashley Greene is slated to make an appearance:

Yay! I actually get to see this episode. I’m not home everyday at 11…but yay! I’ve been waiting for a Twilight star! I love Alexa Chung. It’s a very decent show…for MTV, anyway!
