Taylor is one main reason that I as looking forward to seeing NEW MOON because he worked so hard to fit the part of Jacob..I am proud of Taylor Lautner and and he has inspired me so much.
I agree with you completely. Till this day it amazes me just how hard he had to worke to keep his role as Jacob, because I honestly can’t imagine someone else playing Jacob. Taylor has definitely inspired me as well.

Kristen has commented so many times that she is shy. She signed on for what she thought was a small movie. Perhaps Summit should have tried to help her out, like they helped Rob deal with the sudden fame. I’m sooo tired of people giving this poor girl a hard time. She’s young and she’s learning.
Not everybody is as comfortable as Taylor in interviews. I really don’t understand why people are making such a fuss about it. I think Kristen’s doing a great job, she just does it a bit differently than Taylor. I’m so tired of hearing this bs about how she’s awful in interviews..
I totally agree with you! Leave the poor girl alone! She is who she is. I would like to see all of those who always criticize her give PERFECT interviews. At least she thinks about what she says and says what she means rather than being a hollywood robot.
From what it looks like, it is the scene where Bella is attacked by Paul, and Jacob wolfs to protect her. This is the scene that was filmed for the trailer where we actually get to see Jacob transform for the first time.
As for Taylor himself, I have to agree that he has shown an amazing amount of dedication to bring Jacob Black to life, as Jacob is my favorate character, other than Leah and Seth. Looking back at his career, you see that this is nothing really new for Taylor. He is very disciplined and level headed, of which you have to really applaud his parents for this. They encouraged him and were always behind him, but at the same time they kept him normal, and did the best they could to help him live a normal life.
Having friends who’s parents were notoriously famous, being in the spotlight can really affect you, sometimes in ways that are quite unpleasant.
I think it’s endearing that Kristen and Rob appear so humble in interviews. It’s almost painful to see them struggle sometimes, but yea for family and friends who keep them grounded. They are not teen idols, but actors who take their job seriously (as evidenced by their body of work). Taylor is going to be a force to be reckoned with. He’s articulate and talented – - an interviewers dream.
Did anyone else notice the tattoo Jacob was sporting?
My idea: The Cullens have a crest, the wolves have tats?

All the New Moon Werewolves have been sporting that tattoo for several weeks now. Its most likely in relations to the Cullen crest.
I just realized the tattoos! Next thing we know Hot Topic is going to have stick on werewolf tattoos. hah, mark my words. I love the idea of the tattoos in relation to the Cullen Crests!
