The Dark Knight was ace, and I'm not deneying that in any way (I adored it), and Slumdog was a brilliant work of film (also loved it), but--honestly--if it were a vote between the three, I'd still pick Twilight. I had never before seen a film that I'd actully felt the need to see again, just because I loved it so much. Seriously (and I'm not saying HOW many times I went to see it, but it was defiantely more than two...) if it was down to sheer mass-adoration and living up to the damn high standards set by millions of hard-core fans worldwide, Twilight SHOULD have been an oscar film. :D I’m a film lover and I like to pretend I appreciate good filmaking (ha-ha). Yeah it was a good movie, but I thought it was overrated. It was better than Batman Begins, but sequels are supposed to be better. I thought it was Heath's performance that made that movie special. I didn't bother watching it in theaters, I just bought the DVD then sold it on eBay. I voted only once, not that it was going to make a difference, and it was for Slumdog.
