Deabolt asks the question “Will There be Life After the Twilight Saga?”
Will there be life after the final book in the Twilight Saga is written? How about the life after the final Twilight movie hits the big screen? Of course there will be life after Twilight. Since the Twilight sequel New Moon is the most talked about movie on the internet and the Twilight Saga has become the most popular and anticipated franchise (both books and movies), a more appropriate question is – “What will life look or be like after the Twilight Saga?”

I’ve thought about what it would be like one the movies are all out and everything is said and done… This is the only “fun” I have online. Otherwise I’m reading news articles. I’m on networking sites, but those seem kind of pointless to me… I just hope Stephenie has another series in store for us!
I can’t imagine the kind of pressure the expectations are having on her! I hope she still enjoys writing… :-s

I watched the interview with Peter, it was so wonderful! I had a smile on my face the whole time! He talks about how he is excited about filming the 4th book, and I am too!! I hope they give it the green light!
In reference to “Life After Twlight”… Like all franchises even after Twilight has run its course, it will continue to have steam for at least the next 5 to 6 years. The movies will keep it going for the next three years, with New Moon coming this November, and Eclipse, possible a year from that, with Breaking Dawn following next year. By that time Twilight will have at least one TV run. So Twilight fans will still have a fews years left of the series.
By the time the series has run its course, you will have a new book series, movie series, that will make teens and parents alike go gaga… It happens.
That article on Deadbolt is interesting. Twilight is a cultural phenom and is about relationships between men and women however only one of the sexes is participating in the phenom. Twilight the movie has also embraced the half of female sexuality that is extremely taboo in patriarchal cultures like ours, that is the half where females express their sexuality by sitting on their average sweat panted bums and checking out hot men (as opposed to dressing and acting to try to gain male sexual approval). Watching the keepers of patriarchy try to put that concept back in the box will be interesting particularly when it has proven to be so lucrative. Twilight saga movies and books should make some very interesting cultural changes that are long over due. But only one sex is really paying attention.
The article on DeadBolt is long,but really interesting.I agree completely with the person who wrote it.And even if someday the entire universe doesn’t remember there had ever been a series called The Twilight Saga,I’ll keep it engraved on my mind and my heart forever,until my last breath.Ok,this may sound a little melodramatic,but it’s true.
omg i think i’ll prolly cry wen all the twilight stuff is over!! like i’ll be so so happy cuz i can watch all of the movies but then it’ll all be over!!! i hope stephanie finishes midnight sun! she should write all the books in Edward’s POV! new moon would b cool so we could see wut he’s doing and how he thinx about leeving bella just my opinion!
He mentioned they filmed the b-day scene, voting scene and the stitching scene!!! I think I squeeed a couple times…and he was talking about the 4th “movie” which makes me think more and more that they are going to film it!!
