Okay… I was going to freak out for a second because I don’t have cable anymore, BUT MY BFF HAS DVR! So… She’ll be recording Supernatural… I can ask her to record that as well so I can come over and we can watch it together.

Err! I cannot stand the girl I share an office with! She is seriously driving me nuts!
She apparently just got the Twilight soundtrack (I guess, because she has never played it at work before today) Well, I love Twilight, but I just spent the last FOUR hours listening to the soundtrack on repeat. Gag me! Like I said, I love Twilight, but that is a bit much!
So… I ask very nicely, if we could listen to something else for a while, then I say “I am glad you got that soundtrack, though, because I like it.” Well, I guess to show how cool she is, she snottily replies “I’ve had it for a long time.” Yeah… that is why today is the first time I’ve heard you play it, and we just spent the last 4 hours listening to it on repeat…
She drives me crazy in other ways too…
1) She was listening to some online radio station one day and I asked her what it was and she refused to tell me… real mature…
2) Another employee was in our office talking about the high turn over we have been experiencing lately. My office mate says “Well that is because you don’t know why all those people left, I know why C****, K*****, and M***** left.” To which we replied “Why?” and she then said “I’m not going to say why.” Well, then why did you say anything in the first place? It is maddening. Like the only thing she has going for her is to know something, tell people she knows it, then not share. WTF?!? I guess it makes her feel important or something.
3) Do you ever go to the clothing store or see a show on tv or hear a band on the radio and think “Who wears this crap/who watches this crap/who listens to this crap?”
She does.

IS SHE LIKE CRAZY OR SOMETHING I CAN ONLY TAKE SO MUCH OF MUSIC AFTER A WHILE, BUT I FEEL VERY SORRY FOR YOU, HAVING TO LISTEN TO IT ON REPEAT FOR 4 HOURS, GEEZ, I CAN ONLY ADVICE THAT YOU EITHER EARPLUGS OR A SHOTGUN

i would so just tell her off, i can’t stand people like that, minus the repeat song thing because i do that everyday. I put one song on repeat for like an hour or more at a time. WHy you ask? I don’t know, it’s just a habit.
LOL, I hope you don’t sit next to me? Just kidding. The day after I got the soundtrack I admit I listened to it the whole day at work on repeat. Though, I don’t have it loud and from my desk to the next, they can’t hear it…so I think I’m in the clear, haha.
I wonder what time ET airs here..hmm, must check the listing.

More Rob, I need to hear what he has to say. The problem is that Rob is so demure and really doesn’t know how hot he is. I guess that adds to his allure though.
Meanwhile, we get Taylor bla, bla, bla about how great he is. A little humility goes a long way, punk. (gag)
I am preparing myself for the mother of all crushes on Taylor Lautner… Rob is gorgeous and will remain so…

Deb, I’m not worried about the attention Taylor’s getting. He seems like a sweet kid and he deserves it.
Besides the books and the movies are 2 totally different animals. In the book Edward is supposed to be the most visually compelling guy Bella has ever seen. If Jacob should happen to be more physically attractive in the movie, then so be it. The movies are just an interpretation of the book. Everything can’t be exact.
My only concern is that Chris doesn’t overdo the Jacob/Bella stuff in New Moon. I understand that some people want to see a whole lot of shirtless boys running around, but at the heart of the story is Bella’s extreme depression after losing Edward. Jacob helps make it better but she’s never fully the same. Because we’re constantly in Bella’s head, the books do a good job of conveying that point. And since the movie IS another animal, I’m afraid that if they miss that all important element, the Italy scene and all that comes after (from Eclipse to BD) will be ruined.
Remember, at the end of it all, we have to believe that Bella is willing to DIE just to be with Edward. They have to start laying the groundwork for that in NM since they didn’t do the greatest job of showing that in the Twilight movie (IMO).
oh i know this is my biggest concern. i understand that there needs to be chemistry between jacob and bella, but i hope it’s not overdone to look like she’s moved on. she never loves them in the same way. especially in new moon, bella onloy saw jacob as a friend. the movie should show her depression and her desperation to get edward back. and just like you said, she would die to have him back. i really hope that is portrayed in the movie!
TEAM JACOB! Yay, I’m so excited at the moment for seeing him. New Moon really is Jacob centered!

Maybe I’m just being weird but I don’t remember anything like that in the book and it’s kind of bugging me that the first “clip” we get is something not in the book.
It looks amazing though, I hope I remember to watch it.

I am so excited about this preview. I’ve been constantly wondering if ET would do a behind the scenes of New Moon like they did with Twilight, and they are! I really hope this behind the scenes will be as long as the first. I think the Twilight one was like 4 minutes? God, i cannot wait til next Thursday! Now i’m going to have a New Moon vid up on my Myspace to get rid of the Twilight ones. Yay!
I really loved watching Taylor jump off the porch and take off running. The truth is this reminds me of the scene in Breaking Dawn when Jacob is about to go outside to take a nap when he hears Seth and Leah howl because some of the other wolves were approaching. This makes me think that this run off the porch will lead to a werewolf transformation. I don’t why though, but that would be awesome.

I think what just made me go all fangirly is the new footage that’s only a few seconds, but still SOMETHING. That’s a nice preview to make us want more. And by the new footage, I meant Jacob jumping and running around…I think I just melted O_O

OOOOH my god. Can we just focus on how unbelievable this movie is going to be?!!?!? Chris is definitely doing amazing things here people. The casting is fantastic – I have such high hopes for New Moon and I have a feeling it’s gonna be better than expected =)
