She tells him that she wants to play the piano in front of an audience. He grants her her wish, and she begins to compose the song. The men are still yet to be found, and they have her best friend and boy friend. She wants nothing more than to find them, and she plans to go out and search for them. They have fears that they are already dead, and she won't listen. The only catch is-- she has only 5 weeks to live. She goes through many adventures to find her way to her friends.. that's all I have so far in the summary.
