NO to Hilary and YAY for Rob. I never thought Twilight would get such a huge thing that one of the actors could even get a chance to present an award to the Oscars. I think that’s awesome! Now I have even more reasons to watch the Oscars this weekend
And I absolutely love Sam Bradley’s music! I can’t decide which song I like better, though, Rob’s Never Think or Sam’s Too Far Gone because I adore both songs equally..

Why does everyone judge an actor/actress by projects they have done rather than actual talent?
Why do you absolutely insist on wanting an “unknown actor” rather than a mainstream actor/actress? I honestly do not understand what the problem is. I think Hilary Duff is a great actress. Yea, I grew up watching her on Lizzie Mcguire, so what? She is an adult now. She has obviously change. Sure, you can say that she sucks at ACTING, not just because is commonly associated with Disney Channel. I don’t think she is a bad actress though. But everyone is entitled to their opinions I guess.
What I am trying to say is, leave the choosing of actors to professional people. Seriously, right now you could be bashing an actor/actress (now and in the future, cuz there will be more rumors about New Moon until filming starts) and then they will be totally great in the movie. So stop being so picky and just be thankful there is going to be a movie at all. Beggers cannot be choosers.
Plus, the whole Hilary thing is just a rumor right now, no need to overreact to something that isn’t even confirmed. But this is just my feelings on EVERY single actor that will come our way into New Moon, and in the future movies.
And why are some of you bashing someone who is just expressing her opinion like all of you are. Personally, Twilight wasn’t my favorite movie. I enjoyed it, but I’ve seen better. But just because Rachel says one negative thing about Twilight, all of a sudden, people start attacking her for something many fans may feel. You should honestly be ashamed of yourselves for hating on someone for just expressing their opinion.

I am soo sorry to voice my opinion here. I thought that I had a right to do so, and obviously I was mistaken. Oh wait, I do have a right to say what I think here, just the same as all of you.
Sadley is seems as if the majority of the people that disagree with me are under some false belief that people that agree with them are the only ones allowed to comment.
Enamadora: At what point did I ever say I was an expert at anything? So I pointed out some obvious facts, big deal. And can you show me your PhD that would give you the right to determine whether or not I or anyone else has serious problems? Didn’t think so. You accusing me of having serious problems based on my above comments would suggest the opposite.
I never said that I hated every second of the movie. I liked the soundtrack (aside from RP’s addition, no offence), I liked the baseball scene before they started talking, and I really liked the Cullens, especially Alice, Jasper, and Emmett.
I can already guess that I will be dissappointed with KS’s performance in NM because in my opinion she acts the same in everything she is in, and therefore I can assume she will do so in NM. That being said, I already know that NM could not possibly be as disspointing as Twilight was (once again, in my opinion) because they switched out Catherine and replaced her with a guy that I have enjoyed at least several of his films. I thought he did a great job on The Golden Compass (please note that this is my opinion, in no way am I trying to force you to agree with me). Plus I am sure that RP will have improved since Twilight, because he seems very devoted to the character of Edward and I trust that he will continue to improve in every film he does.
So I think Vanessa Hudgens and Hilary Duff are pretty…big deal. That does not make me insane or crazy. I do not find Kristen Stewart attractive in the least, just because you do does not make you insane or crazy either. I obviously prefer feminine girls, and you obviously do not. Does it matter that we have differing opinions? No. If everyone found the same people attractive there would be many people that would never have a romantic relationship. Different points of view are something to be valued, not something to make fun of.
I do not understand why people are so against such little things in the film, like the Jo Bros or Madonna being on the soundtrack, or Dakota Fanning playing Jane, or Hilary Duff saying that she would like to play a vampire…which we all know all of the vampire roles in this next movie will be small. Just because Madonna’s song is on the soundtrack does not mean the movie will be ruined. If Hilary Duff, or Hillary Clinton (obviously she would never be in it) was a vampire for 2 seconds in the movie…it would not matter.
I have just as much right to post here as you do. Stop hating on people that dont agree with you. Disagree respectfully, and try to sound more educated when you do.

I completely agree with Rachel.
It’s not like she’s the worst actress ever. She’s no where close to being the best, but she’s not the worst.
And IF (remember, nothing’s confirmed) she is in New Moon, she won’t have a big part. I mean, who is left for her to play? Gianna, Heidi, Jane…the poor woman with the rosary and the cross? (That would actually be amusing to see, in a sick, twisted way.)
Rachel is voicing her opinion, WHICH ALL OF US ARE DOING, so give her a break.
Oh, one more thing. I also agree with jazjade, post 23. The Oscars will be interesting to watch. Again. And again. And again. And…you get the picture.
