The movie was horrible...and that is me being nice. I almost couldn't stay to watch the whole movie...but I kept hoping it would get better. Obviously it did not. I do not understand how Catherine and Melissa could so completely destroy the story. Summit should have chosen a director with legit experience and a screenwriter that could...write. As far as the potential changes for NM go, bring it on! If Weitz followed the story as it reads the movie would be boring. Not only would we be staring at Kristen's emotionless face for an hour, but we would feel ripped off of Cullen time. I am hoping since Weitz has screenwriting experience he will repair the undoubtedly messed up script Melissa presented him with. I am so glad they got Catherine out of NM, I shudder to think what the werewolves would look like under her direction.
